It’s a beautiful morning and the beginning of a new week. I’m so excited because it a public holiday here in Nigeria. I love holidays lol.
Welcome to another edition of visualize and verbalize’ Today we will be looking at an interesting story I read some weeks back.
So i read that some scientists carried out a research some times back, two bottles were filled with clean water and for some weeks, the researcher will pick each bottle and speak into them. He constants spoke positive words into one and also consistently spoke negative words into the other bottle of water.
After several weeks, the water in the bottle that he consistently spoke positive words into turned crystal clear and brighter while the water in the other bottle that he spoke consistent negative words into turned black with a very pungent smell.
This story reflects how molecules of water responds to sound. And the highlight of the story for me is that our bodies as humans is made up of over 70% of water. So it’s possible that the words we constantly speak to ourselves, apart from creating external experiences could enhance our health and physical well being.
Be committed to be intentional about your words this week and be a part of this creation process.

Today, I boldly declare that By the leading of the Holy Spirit I enjoy favour, I see opportunities, I discover wealth. I am blessed and I am flowing out. I have more than enough to give. I trust God to prosper and do not lean on my own understanding.
