Forward Ferran Torres is already in Barcelona and this Monday morning he underwent a medical examination to become a new Barça player. According to those close to Barca, it will be presented to the press, club and fans. It is scheduled for Tuesday, December 28, at the Camp Nou, arriving at the Barca entity from Manchester City, the club for which he signed in the summer of 2020 from the Valencia, and it will be the second winter reinforcement after the hiring of Brazilian full-back Dani Alves.
Despite the fact that Ferran signed his signature with Barcelona, this does not guarantee the Blaugrana team their immediate registration in La Liga, given the financial obstacles faced by the club and they reduce their salary limit. The names that clatter the most to leave the club in the neighboring winter market are Philippe Coutinho and Samuel Umtiti, whose salaries are among the highest in the squad. Coach Xavi Hernández is expected to be able to count on Torres from the end of the month from January.
It will only be necessary to wait first for the entrance not only but also for Torres to adapt quickly to the Club because only Barcelona and its partners would be left to look at all costs for a forward like Haaland this summer as a strategic signing to start a necessary reconstruction. The relationships between the current board of directors and the player's agent, Mino Raiola, are fluid but the footballer and his environment will choose the best offer depending on the sports project that is put on the table. There are investment capitals ready to help and the club understands that its economic outlook will greatly improve as of the summer. Another thing will be how the Norwegian striker could be registered due to the reduced salary limit that Barça has at the moment.
Former player Omar Vizquel notified that he had finalized his divorce from Blanca García. It also showed that the complaints of gender violence were dismissed in the court that was handling the case.
Beyond that he can reach the Hall of Fame, a fact that interests me as a Venezuelan baseball lover, I wish to clarify those situations mentioned in the document which seem unfair and unfounded about him. I quote the words of Omar Vizquel “As I promised, I share with you all the conclusion of my legal process that occurred between my now ex-wife, Blanca García and myself; in which, justice always prevails! "
From 1989 to 2012, Vizquel threw 2,877 hits, 80 homers, 951 RBIs, 1,445 runs scored, 404 stolen bases, AVG of .272, OBP of .336, OPS of .688 and SLG of 352. It is good to remember that Omar Vizquel has had a relapse in his votes from the class of 2021 after the report The Athletic where a member of the Chicago White Sox is accused of assault when he worked in that organization and even more after the scandal with his wife of domestic violence and lawsuit.
To give you an idea of what is in numbers that some journalists or tabloid media who have tried at all costs to prevent Vizquel from reaching the long-awaited Hall of Fame cannot hide, take a look at this table for yourself and draw your conclusions, for a long time. for a while I already have mine and it seems to me an injustice, we hope with confidence that with these latest developments around what surrounds Vizquel it will definitely be on track to such a lofty but well-deserved award.
