How does Lotionill tablet work?
Evidence suggests that Longevity pills lead to the following:
1. Ovulation destruction:
Studies have shown that lungel tablets prevent ovulation or delay ovulation. If lungel is taken before ovulation, it prevents the increase in luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle growth and puberty, or the release of the egg. This is the main mechanism of the Longjiel Pill.
2. Do not prevent the implantation:
Two studies have evaluated the efficacy of lungel tablet with cyclic day confirmation by hormonal analysis. In these studies, women who took an emergency pill before taking ovulation did not become pregnant, while pregnancy occurred only in women who took an emergency pill on or after an ovulation day. These studies indicate that emergency pills are not able to prevent ovulation.
Studies have examined whether emergency pills produce changes in endometrial tissue and biochemical properties. Most studies have shown that lungel emergency pill does not affect endometrium and there is no mechanism for preventing implantation. One study showed that Longeil did not prevent sprouting from implanting the uterus. Animal studies have shown that lungel's emergency pill does not prevent the implantation of fertilized eggs on the uterine cavity.
3- May affect the sperm:
Early studies revealed that lungel's emergency pill causes thickening of the cervix, and thus interferes with the movement of the sperm. However, studies have shown that lungel tablet in doses used for EC has no direct effect on sperm performance. Recent studies have shown that sperms do not affect the lungel tablet after 24 to 28 hours after taking the pill in the female reproductive system.
New evidence on the interaction between sperm and progesterone indicates a potentially damaging effect of high concentrations of progesterone on the lungel tablet on sperm function, which may activate sperm in the absence of an ovum or interfere with the direction of sperm movement.
4. Does not affect pregnancy:
Two studies on women taking lungel emergency pills did not show the difference between the pregnancy outcomes of women who took the pill and those who had not consumed the pill. The variables included abortion, birth weight, abnormalities, and gender ratios, indicating that lungel emergency pill does not affect proven pregnancy even in the early stages.
Other facts:
Emergency contraception is not like a primary abortion pill. Lungel's emergency pill is only effective in the first few days of sexual intercourse before the egg is removed from the ovary and before the egg is sprouted. Abortion is allowed at the initial stage of pregnancy, but it requires another drug. Lungel emergency pills can not affect or stop prophylactic pregnancy or damage the developing fetus.
