''What a world'' I thought I had a friend who is more of a brother: Little did I know that he was an enemy in a friendly regalier. Ikenna was a young intelligent and vibrant student of Golden Kids international college where he started his secondary education. He had a close friend whose name was Chintua. They were so close such that, it became so difficult to differentiate the activities of the both. Both teachers and all students of the college saw and addressed them as siblings.

The both friends, loved each other and were regarded as geniuse because they were so good in all subjects. While Chintua wanted to be a pilot, Ikenna on his own path wanted to become a medical Doctor.

Few years later, Ikenna got a schorlaship to study his dream course at the university of Washington. He graduated as one of the best student in that academic year and as a result of this, one of the best hospital employed him to work for them.
When Ikenna was about to settle down with his beautiful bride, he saw the need to go in search for his best friend. Chintua on the other hand, who lost his both parents on a ghastly motor accident after his secondary education could no longer further his tertiary education, for that reason, he went into tailoring under the sponsorship of his uncle Chinedu.

Though the two friends lost contact for many years and at first, it seemed like it was going to be a mission of impossibility for Ikenna but later, it became so easy when Ikenna arrived the city of Lagos, he lodged at the Oriental hotel in Lekki and after a day of rest from the rigorous journey back to Nigeria, he took a stroll on a cab through the city of Lagos. On the process of strolling, he visited a restaurant at Mushin to have lunch. Young Bosede who served as a waiter at the restaurant was an old school friend, though, just class mate. She served him Egusi soup and pounded yam as he had earlier placed the order. Ikenna recognised his old school mate as she gorgeously walked towards him. Bose! He shouted as surprise was written all over his face. He went on asking what really happened that she ended up being a waiter. She narrated her Ordeal that made her ended that way and on the same note, told him about his best friend Chintua who had a similar experience.

Bose offered to take him to see his best friend Chintua at the one room apartment where he used as a shop and lived as well. When they arrived the shop, the both friends embraced themselves in shock and amazement. Ikenna took Chintua to a near by restaurant, bought some drinks for the both of them and as they drink, they discussed. Ikenna appealed to his friend not to go on with his story, that Bose had already narrated all to him and that he's now here to help him achieve his dreams.

He however took Chintua along with him back to the United States where he showed him some of his business and then introduced him to some of his good friends who offered him a job at the airport. Chintua worked at the airport for about three years. During this period of time, he was sheltered and fed by his best friend. After a while, Chintua became envious of his friend's progress.

''What can I do to stop this young man from becoming the CMD of this hospital'' he murmured. Ikenna had already told him of his newly elevated post that he was to ascend the next day. So Chintua volunteered to take his friend to a tourist centre as a way to celebrate his friend's new position at work unknown to his friend that there was a plan to kill him. When they both got to the venue, Chintua ordered for just a bottle of red wine for the both of them. He opened and served the wine on both cups where he had already poisoned the class-cup in front of his friend. Ikenna drank with excitement for the assumption of his new office few hours after. Few minutes later, he slumped and died. That was what Chintua did to his best friend Ikenna. ''Let me see how he can become the Chief Medical Director of that hospital. What a world!!
