Life is a teacher, we live to learn and we learn to live.
I have learnt a lot in Life and in all honesty I know that life can throw any thing at you, both Good and Bad experiences.
The fact that you are a Good person does not give you the assurance of being treated with Goodness and favor in life
Also if you are a bad person doesn't mean you will be treated in a bad way too. Its just just the way life is, Life is very unpredictable.

In life, challenges and obstacles are always there, they are always on your path, some are there to take you to higher levels in life, some are just there to be the end of that path.
NOT EVERY DISAPPOINTMENT IS A BLESSING
I know many will find it hard to swallow the bitter truth,
Life is not always rainbows and butterflies, its not always happy endings.
So in my ideology of life, i believe not all challenges or Disappointment is a blessing. In fact some challenges are there to cause pains and halt to a path of life.
Like the instance of a Car Driver that got blind, or have a stroke, that challenge can be the end of the person's driving career.
Some challenges and problems in life can also turn to a blessing or opportunity to change of Levels in life.
I will be sharing my personal Experience with you that was a painful one to me, that later turned to favour me.
A blessing in Disguise
After i Finished my National Youth service corps (NYSC) in the year 2019, I served in Benue State,
For those that don't know what NYSC mean, NYSC is a one year program, every Nigerian University or Polytechnic graduate partake in. He or she will be posted to any part of the country to Serve or Work in different Sectors for one complete year.

As for me i served in Benue state in Nigeria.
After i completed my Service year, i started job hunting.
My Elder Sister connected me to a fintech company called Nomba Agent(formerly known as Kudi Agent), the major aim of this company was to provide financial services to the Under Banked and the UnBanked parts of the country.
I later got employed as a Agent Acquisition Officer in the company for Benue state on the 1st of September 2019.
Here my major work is to get new agent (Pos Agents),
I did my possible best for the company, I traveled to every local Government just to get people onboarded. Benue state was performing excellently. My boss then promised me of promotion. As at that time my salary was fifty thousand naira (#50,000). On March 2022 i had an assistant in the state, my role also changed to Relationship Manager, which i have to call up to 70 (seventy) people per day and also make sure i retrieved the POS devices that are not in use from inactive agents.
This was a very hectic work to do, and i honestly don't have time for myself.
One fateful day the company announced that they will be laying some staffs off due to some changes in the Organization Operations. I was among the staffs that was layed off, so i was devastated and angry, after all i did for the company, this was what i received as a reward, i called my boss who promised to promote me to become a Full time State coordinator, he told me he is sorry, that the issue is Beyond Him,
Just 2 days after the disappointing situation i got a call from the company that they will be converting me to an Aggregator of the company in the state ( An aggregator is an agent that have referred many other agent to the company, they gain commissions from those agent they referred)
Although I was sceptical about it, but i told them to go ahead.
To my greatest suprise, this was the best thing that ever happened to me, since the time i started working with the company, at the end of the first month of Being an aggregator, my commission was #130,000 (One hundred and thirty thousand naira) which is almost three times my former salary.
In Conclusion
I was sacked from work, although it was a very painful situation, i cried that day, i was broken, but it turned to favour me, because i was later converted to an aggregator. Which at the end of each month I got almost triple of what i got as salary before.
I don't have to call much people again, i work anytime i like, i have time to Do activities on Hive
This is a real blessing in Disguise for me.
