Salvation is a free gift which all mankind is expected to get from God for free. For us to gain salvation is through our good will and obedience to God, but not how often we go to church to pray. While religion can help people learn about God, worship together, and grow spiritually, true salvation depends on having a sincere relationship with God and accepting His guidance.
Jesus emphasized that outward religious practices alone are not enough if the heart is far from God. The Bible encourages believers to live by faith, love, and obedience rather than relying solely on religious ceremonies.
“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” (John 14:6)
