One thing I've come to realize over the past several years is I really don't fit in anywhere.
Don't fit in with Baby Boomers (although I have some same likes/dislikes). Don't fit in with Millenials, although also have some same likes/dislikes.
Mine is a long, unbelievable story.
So much too it, don't know where to begin most of the time (and so much, can't remember it all).

Grew up in a 'broken home' (my Dad was in the bathtub with door locked-Mom at work-when I fell out of a 2 story window at 2 years old). Then suffered a traumatic head injury at age 8 (mentally handicapped cousin split my head wide open with a rake). At the same time, much domestic violence in my home (my Dad beat my Mom, as well as us).
I was then diagnosed with ADHD, and, although fairly smart, only went to the 7th Grade. I started getting in trouble as a teen, going to all kinds of reform schools, etc(and attempted suicide several times, almost succeeded which landed me in some 'horrible' mental hospitals).
Then, at age 17, met some older guys, pulled some robberies (with a fake gun no less, how stupid is that?). Wound up in Prison at age 17 (the same one they filmed Shawshank in, weirdly enough-OSR, Mansfield Ohio). It is a lot like that film :-) Got my head busted some more there (as well as men trying to rape me, etc, to be honest). Kept fighting in the Prison system, winding up in SOCF, Lucasville, Ohio (State Maximum Sec.).
After years there going thru so much(more head busting, etc.), not enough room here to tell was transferred to Chillicothe, Ohio Prison (where I met Johnny Paycheck, the one good highlight of it all :-)
Finally, at age 27, was released. Met a good woman (best of my life), and she died of cervical cancer several years later.
Was a poor father to her/our 2 children (never abused them, but I didn't know how to be a good Dad, to be honest).
After they grew up I decided to fight for Social Justice (because I've been to Prison, I know how black people are largely the ones who have been treated badly in our Society, as well as what women have gone thru-like seeing what my Mom went thru and all).
A little later, I learned of Bitcoin, learned 'everything' myself, started mining it.
So here I am, at age 56, a 'misfit' of sorts in Society, with an apparently damaged brain all this time (I watched some videos by a man called Dr. Daniel Amen who basically confirmed this for me). I really struggle with this sometimes but have no healthcare or anything for a long time (thanks to Trump basically destroying ACA).
Not hardly half of it, but the main 'bad' points I guess (as I said, so much can't remember it all anymore).
So at least wanted to write a short piece on my life, get it off my chest, so to speak, before something bad happens to me or something (as if that is really a big deal at this point, right? :-)
This is some form of 'therapy', cause it helps (can't go to any counseling or anything, I don't 'fit in' there either :-)

I really didn't want to say all this, embarrassing in a way, but guess I needed to (and, as I said, more of it that I can't even bring myself to say-been abused a lot).
And I know others have been thru a lot themselves, so hate to sound like I'm complaining (a lot of minorities, women and all like what my poor Mom went thru).
The good is that at least my kids grew up decently (step-children, but mine none-the-less), even though I was not really prepared to be a Dad. And never been back to prison (did 2 years on Parole-after having to go thru a halfway house for months, then have been relatively clean since then).
But my record is so bad, hard to find a 'real job' anymore that I like (6 counts 1st-degree robbery, 3 counts of escape , Felonious Assault on a Police Officer (although I never even touched him-yet another long story, as well as other stuff :-)
And yet, I try to be a good person every day of my life, so thank God for that!
Hard to pack it all into one article, so enough for now, I guess :-)

Thanks for reading/listening.
