Today I went out in the garden and harvested a bunch of chamomile flowers to make tea. I pinch the flowers off from the plant to harvest it and put them on a paper plate to dry on. I like to put the plate of flowers in a dark cabinet for 2-3 weeks then i will transfer to a jar when they are fully dried out.
