I like this as an amalgamation of concepts discussed over the last year. Thanks for formalizing this. Even if the implementation takes time and is not perfect/complete at the start, they can build on it

I'm hoping the 3x multiplier is enough to kill this proposal. People who stockpiled summoners in advance of the land whitepaper get their vote here, but I fail to see how this benefits the broader community

You stated their downsides well...there are reasons they are cheap! would be fun to have a ruleset where recharge monsters went off on odd rounds instead of even rounds. Sucks when Uriel is about ready
