Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Hello gamers, this time I want to talk about a game that I enjoyed many years ago and I am talking about
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game released in 1989 for the NES.
The game was developed by Konami originally released for the NES but would later be ported to different systems. I came to know this game in a polystation (Chinese console), for those who are from Latin America they will know these types of consoles in which several NES games were incorporated and in some cartridges we could find jewels like this one that we are talking about in this moment.
The game allowed us to play with the four ninja turtles Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo and Raphael. Physically, the ninja turtles were similar, but what determined whether to choose one or the other were their weapons, with which, depending on which one we chose, we will have an effect of more damage or speed.
Also in the game we could choose to play in a cooperative mode which for that time was something new that personally attracted me too much.
ARGUMENT
The player travels through the first 5 levels using an overview map to enter various sewers, warehouses, and other locations that lead to the final objective of each level.
Along the way, the player fights various enemies, from 'Foot Soldiers' and 'Mousers' to bomb-dropping blimps and chainsaw-wielding enemies. In the game, most enemies (except for the baddie Bebop and all the end-of-level baddies) appear in independent groups that can change randomly. End-of-level baddie fights occur regularly and consist of the player having to defeat a common enemy in order to progress through the rest of the level. Except for the second, each level ends with a fight against the 'end of level baddie'.
Giving my personal opinion, the game can still be very entertaining to play in these times and more for anyone who has seen the animated series of the ninja turtles since the game is very similar to the animated series. Without a doubt, one more jewel to take into account and replay in our free time.
