As beautiful as it may seem and sound
Castles should not be made of glass
It's far too fragile and dangerous to house children
They need something substantial and strong
Several times
I have seen parents build a home of glass for their children
Several times I have seen it shattered
From ever unkind stones the society threw on their family's wall
I have seen it fall off gradually
Panel by panel it fell off
Father drank like a drum
Mother danced pathetically to the rythm in her brain
I have seen glass castles
Break apart due to winds of despair and lack of love
The glass castle is lost
But not completely
Dreams they say can be remade
So are glass castles to look majestic as you imagine
For they are just metaphors for family
Rebuild your glass castles
Thank you for your time.
My pen doesn't bleed, it speaks, with speed and ease.
Still me,
My tongue is like the pen of a ready writer.
