Not every story needs to be told in full to be understood. Sometimes, a shadow reveals what light cannot, and a few delicate strokes awaken emotions that words cannot explain.
In this charcoal piece, I explore the relationship between light and darkness, presence and absence, and the beauty of what remains unseen. The deep shadows create mystery, while the soft, unfinished strokes invite the imagination to complete the story.
To me, the beauty of art lies not only in what is clearly defined but also in what is left open for interpretation.
Perhaps life is much the same. We are shaped by both our brightest moments and the shadows we carry. Together, they create depth, character, and meaning.
