Title: Common gull catching fish
Yesterday I found myself by a lake where I watched a common gull catch fish.
The common gull regularly visits rivers, lakes, canals, and ponds during the summer. During fishing, it most often circles above the water following schools of fish. Then it plunges into the water and skilfully takes the fish out of the water in its beak.
