So, here we are on a Sunday and hope everyone is hale and hearty and healthy. Summer is beating down here in India, and I guess, the temperatures are going to soar in the coming days. The only good part is that there is no pollution at the moment.
Anyway, took a bit of liberty of slowing down on the exercise front yesterday evening and today morning. Though, I did some just to keep the momentum going. It was heartening to realize that I had not a single break in exercise for the last twenty-eight days.
The best part is that I did morning and evening. Evenings, of course, with my daughter, and there were breaks for the evening schedule but not the morning one.
Good job, I feel! 😊
So, let’s jump to today morning. I focused on my abs today. It did the following triplets.
I kept it low-intensity today. It was just about a couple of triplets today but more reps in each. It was cool, and then I went out for a walk for about a kilometre. That was good, and then I was back to basics at home.
So, not a bad day! Well, that’s it from me, and I will meet you all tomorrow.
Namaste!
And I wish you a lovely day!

George Hood of the US holds the record for abdominal planks. The record stands at 10 hours 10 minutes. The previous record-holder was Mao Weidong of China, who held the plank position for 8 hours and 1 minute.
Phew, even the previous record-holder wasn’t bad, in my opinion. My longest plank so far has been for two-and-a-half-minute. That’s tiny in comparison to the record holders.
What was your best abdominal planks time?
Let me know in the comments.😊
