Good Morning
Well, here we are waking up to another beautiful day. I am sure you all are counting your blessings amidst this lockdown. You will be surprised to find that the amount of blessings you have is way way more than things you have to complain about. At least, that’s true for me.
We continued to keep up with our exercise regime. The “we” means my daughter and me. So, what did we do?
Let’s find out. 😊
The evening was a relatively easy one yesterday. Though, it never fails to make us sweat.
- Warm-up: For 2 minutes
- Suicide drill: 2 sets
- Shuttle run: 1 set with 4 reps
- Dynamic abdominal plank: 45-seconds
- Burpees: 6
- Side planks: 30-seconds each side
- Rock-climbing: 45-seconds
- Reverse cycling: 30-seconds
- Reverse row-hold: 30-seconds
We were through with the entire regime in about ten minutes or lesser. But the amount of energy we spent to get through those moments were incredible. I just loved it. 😊
Now, let’s move to today morning. Today my focus was on my shoulders and I once again resorted to triplets. By the way, the reason I do triplets is that I try to get through the three exercises in a go without a break. There may be a few seconds break between triplets but not within a triplet. Got the hang of that? I am sure you did.
Here is my triplet:
- 1-set weights for shoulders
- 1-set Suryanamaskar
- 1-set triceps
I did six triplets, and it took about forty-five minutes. My right shoulder was feeling a bit sore, but then I powered through it. Like always, the reps were different for each exercise within a triplet, and the exercise itself would change with every new triplet.
I had a fruitful morning and now wish to continue it through the day. I am going to have fun and wish the same for you.
Take care and namaste! 😊
And I wish you a lovely day!

Did You Know?
The record for the heaviest biceps curls goes to Denis Cyplenkov. He is famous for arm wrestling and did a curl of 113 kg or about 249 pounds.
I know that I can do a bench-press of 113 kg, but biceps curls??
How about you? 😊
