I know it is a funny question, but it was something I did not know when I started. I, literally left without playing for more than a year, until I felt more exploratory and went ahead. Admit it, for some reason our favourite Splinterlands game is not that intuitive.
But, don’t wait like me for more than a year, just read this article and get going.
All you newbies, this is for you!
Okay, let’s straight jump-in. I am sure you got the gist of why this article.
Simply type in Splinterlands.com on your Google Chrome, Firefox, Brave or the browser of your choice. 😊
You will see the following main page:
Recommended: I suggest new players start with the Practice match, instead of directly going into ranked battles. A bit of the practice match is explained in the next section.
In this section, we will look at ranked battles. So, click on “Ranked” to proceed.
Here is where your return to the page from where you started.
For more battles, start from Step 1.
That’s how you get started with playing the game. There are other rules like only melee, and magic attackers can be used in first position and many more.
I am sure you will get the hang of those rules as you start playing a few games. I recommend you play the practice games first, which will give you a hang of things. Once you are fine there, then move to the “Ranked” battles.
Here is where you select and play the Practice Match.
Rest of the steps are the same. Follow from Step 4 of the previous section.
That’s how you get started with Splinterlands. Play, have fun and keep coming back again!
And while you are at it, spread the word about the beautiful game! 😊
