Hello community! I'm here to tell you about a German Shepherd who has been my brewing adventure partner for a couple of years now, his name is Bozz and he's a real love and justice brewery stud.
Como cervecero artesanal, paso muchas horas en la fábrica y ahí es donde él suele acompañarme, estando en la parte de afuera y en muchos casos, hasta saliendo de fondo en las fotos industriales. Desde temprano se acerca y me acompaña por los alrededores siempre buscando un poco más de amor innegable que disfruta y reclama, aunque a veces no sea consciente de su masa corporal y su peso, que, sí no estamos alertas, puede dejar marcas de unas hermosas patas, en nuestra ropa debido a sus saltos enérgicos y amorosos.
As a craft brewer, I spend many hours at the brewery and that's where he usually accompanies me, being on the outside and in many cases, even in the background of the industrial photos. Early in the morning he approaches and accompanies me around, always looking for a little more of the undeniable love that he enjoys and demands, even if sometimes he is not aware of his body mass and weight, which, if we are not alert, can leave some beautiful paw marks on our clothes due to his energetic and loving jumps.
Bozz ha estado con nosotros desde muy pequeño, él me ha acompañado en el proceso de estudiar y hacer cursos de cerveza en la computadora, así que podemos decir que él también es un cervecero certificado. Aún intenta entrar en los lugares donde ya, por su tamaño es imposible lograrlo; Es muy gracioso y hermoso ver cómo intenta colarse por debajo del mueble tratando de no ser percibido, cuestión que no logra, pero se le reconoce el esfuerzo y la intención.
Bozz has been with us since he was very little, he has accompanied me in the process of studying and doing beer courses on the computer, so we can say that he is also a certified brewer. It is very funny and beautiful to see how he tries to sneak under the furniture trying not to be noticed, but he does not succeed, but we recognize his effort and intention.
Hace poco más de un año, un perro de los alrededores se ha convertido en el mejor amigo de Bozz, tanto así que ya forma parte de nuestro día a día verlos jugar de un lado a otro. Su nombre es Pash y aunque parezca una ternura, es un perro con mucho carácter y dominancia que le gusta hacer travesuras junto a Bozz por todos los espacios abiertos de la fábrica... Bozz es el tamaño y Pash es el carácter.
A little over a year ago, a dog from the surrounding area has become Bozz's best friend, so much so that it is now part of our daily routine to see them playing from one side to the other. His name is Pash and although he looks like a sweetheart, he is a dog with a lot of character and dominance who likes to get into mischief together with Bozz in all the open spaces of the factory... Bozz is the size and Pash is the character.
A veces hay jornadas muy largas en la cervecería y agotadoras, pero es genial ver a Bozz en las escaleras superiores esperando para saludarte o chocarte la mano para darte ánimos! O simplemente posando como todo un galán alemán. Agradezco mucho su compañía y su lealtad en cada jornada. Es mi camarada de aventuras entre el agua, cebada, lúpulo y levaduras.
Sometimes there are very long days in the brewery and exhausting, but it's great to see Bozz on the top stairs waiting to greet you or high-five you for encouragement! Or just posing like a true German gallant. I really appreciate his company and loyalty on every journey. He is my comrade in adventure among the water, barley, hops and yeast.
