It's no secret that I'm really a fan of mermaids and all the creatures of mythology so this initiative excites me very much, I was quite tempted to mix it with my work of the BESTIARIVS collection where with a style inspired by the manuscripts of the Renaissance period, I illustrate and describe some creatures of mythology for my NftShowroom gallery.

No es un secreto que soy realmente fan de las sirenas y todas las criaturas de la mitolog铆a por lo que esta iniciativa me emociona much铆simo, estuve bastante tentado a mezclarla con mi trabajo de la colecci贸n BESTIARIVS donde con un estilo inspirado en los manuscritos del periodo renacentista, ilustro y describo algunas criaturas de la mitolog铆a para mi galer铆a de NftShowroom.
Finally I decided to give it a different style and a lot of color. Although I'm a little late for the first week of the challenge, Sunshine Mermaid is finally ready, I decided to do a simple composition, a mermaid sitting on a rock with a sunset over the sea in the background, totally inspired by the illustrations of Paola's post, about her proia Sunshine Mermaid.
Here I leave you part of the illustration process, and I will mention that I really feel very satisfied with the result and it is one of the few times that I have worked the background, besides applying this kind of coloring in digital.
Finalmente opt茅 por darle un estilo distinto y mucho color. Aunque llego un poco tarde para la primera semana del challenge, Sunshine Mermaid finalmente est谩 lista, decid铆 hacer una composici贸n sencilla, una sirena sentada en una roca con un atardecer sobre el mar al fondo, inspirada totalmente en las ilustraciones del post de Paola, sobre su proia Sunshine Mermaid.
Ac谩 les dejo parte del proceso de la ilustraci贸n, y mencionar茅 que realmente me siento muy satisfecho con el resultado y es una de las pocas veces que he trabajado el fondo, adem谩s de aplicar este tipo de coloreado en digital.
