The cost usually is a die hard one ...
For instance;
the cost of our salvation as Christians was Jesus Christ dying on the cross ...
The cost of my graduating from college is my parent working all day just to pull me through(and maybe some went through college strictly by self-support ) ..
Maybe i made a decision to save say, X amount of money for a particular project by year end the cost of this is being achieved would be the deprivation of luxury perhaps and hardwork.
The cost of anything you are benefiting right now is the sacrifice others had to pay to make it possible in the first place ...
This "cost" is termed "complexity" ..
Behind every simplicity is a hidden complexity ...
It took the bricklayers weeks or even months to get the 3-storey building erected,but the simplicity of the house occupants in living in the same house makes it seem like the building never went through the process of construction in the first place ...
You enter into a dark house and you locate the power switch and just then the lights on....behind the putting on of the bulb or sockets are hidden and perhaps dirty processes but covered by the simplicity of just depressing on the power switch ...
The deception of complexity is the simplicity behind every complexity that made the simplicity simple in the first place.
Even this device ,whether a pc or a phone , you are using now is such an example ....
You can use just by swiping your fingers on the screen ,in navigating wherever you want at your pace...But it took the engineers ample time in achieving this success ...
