Well today, I’ll be glad to encourage you to change your way of thinking
Thought power is the key to create your reality. Whatever thing you see or perceive in the physical world has its origin in the spiritual or invisible, inner world of your thoughts and beliefs. To become the controller of your destiny, you must learn to control and lead the nature of your dominant, habitual thoughts. By doing so, you will be able to penetrate into your life and a bright future, that which you intend to have lice in and experience as you come to know the things of the spirit that your thoughts create your reality.

A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh
Just like the law of motion that says, for every action this is a equal and opposite reaction.
Every effect or damage you see in the outside or the physical world has a specific cause that has led to that, which has its origin in your thoughts or mental world. This is the essence of thought power. In another way round, the conditions and circumstances of your life (good or bad) are as a result of your collective thoughts and beliefs put together. James Allen said
it best when he said "circumstances do not make a man, they reveal him". Every aspect of your entire life, starting from the state of your finances to the state of your health and your relationships and so on..., is accurately revealing your thoughts and your beliefs.
There is just one single, intelligent Consciousness that pervades the whole Universe today, which is all powerfull, all creative and present everywhere at the same time - the Universal Mind. Your mind has a part of this One Universal Mind we are talking about, and since your thoughts are product of your mind, therefore it shows that your thought power is limitless too. Once you get to understand that your mind is one with the Single Source of All Power and also, you get to know that this power is within you, then you will have found the only true source of infinite power for which nothing is impossible and impossible is nothing. Know that the thought power comes from within. Accessing the source of All Power starts by looking inwards.

The greatest scientist and teachers that have traveled through the Earth have told us that everything is energy. This has now been undeniably confirmed by modern science. So therefore, your thoughts too are also energy. William Walker Atkinson told us that
"where mind is static energy, thought is dynamic energy- two phases of the same thing" and Charles Haanel went on to say that
"thought power is the vibratory force formed by converting static mind into dynamic mind". Your thoughts are alive. Each time you welcome a specific thought, you emit a specific, corresponding frequency or energy vibration.
To instantly neutralize the power of a negative thought, all you need to do is calmly and deliberately replace it with its opposite, positive equivalent. For example, if you think to yourself "I'm not good enough, I will never succeed", mentally try to replace that thought with "I am good enough and success comes to me easily". You can also use a technical method also . It’s called the "cancel, cancel" this technique was made famous by the Silva Method. Each time you catch yourself thinking or meditating on an unwanted thought, mentally tell yourself and the Universe "cancel, cancel" and immediately follow it up with a positive statement and prayers too.
