Saludos mis estimados amigos, en la entrega y hoy les traigo un domingo de pesca y fritanga, donde compartimos y divertimos mucho en una laguna cercana a nuestras casa, Alfredo, José Antonio y Jogar se dirigieron a las 9 de la mañana a mi casa para invitarme a pescar para la laguna que queda detrás de los silos ( una plata de recepción de granos maíz ), sin pensarlo dos veces acepté la invitación por una razón muy simple, me fascina ir de pesca.
Greetings my dear friends, in the delivery and today I bring you a Sunday of fishing and fried food, where we shared and had a lot of fun in a lagoon near our house, Alfredo, José Antonio and Jogar went to my house at 9 in the morning to invite me to fish for the lagoon that is behind the silos (a silver for receiving corn grains), without thinking twice I accepted the invitation for a very simple reason, I love to go fishing.
Los pescados que se iban sacando era para almorzar a orilla de la laguna, esto es muy común y fascinante en mi región como también es algo tradicional que me atrevería a decir que hasta quizás hereditaria porque acostumbramos a llevar a nuestros hijos y nietos para enseñarle a pescar desde pequeños, hasta improvisé un colaborador para preparar café, de inmediato encendí un fogón en el tapón de la laguna para cocinar y freír los pescados, le comenté a mis amigos que haría una presentación de este día, así que comencé a freír los pescados y hacer las arepas para ponerme a pescar nuevamente y presentarles cuando sacará uno, los peces que sacamos son unos de los más sabrosos de agua dulce, guabina, loro y caribe capaburro como le conocemos el el llano, fue muy divertido para mí porque tuve más de 40 minutos sin sacar un pescado que sería mi presentación hasta que por fin siento que el anzuelo y nylon me corría en los dedos y comienzo a sacarlo era una guabina que salió como para que me tomaran la foto porque la mostre y le dije a José Antonio que me tomara la foto, una vez que me tomo la foto la guabina pataleo se salió del anzuelo y cayó en la orilla logrando entrar al agua, nos pusimos a reír y me dice José Antonio esa guabina dijo voy a tomarme la foto con el viejito y me voy.
The fish that were taken out was for lunch on the shore of the lagoon, this is very common and fascinating in my region as it is also something traditional that I would dare to say that maybe even hereditary because we are used to taking our children and grandchildren to teach fishing since I was little, I even improvised a collaborator to prepare coffee, I immediately lit a stove in the plug of the lagoon to cook and fry the fish, I told my friends that I would make a presentation on this day, so I started frying the fish and make the arepas to start fishing again and present them when I will catch one, the fish we catch are some of the tastiest freshwater, guabina, loro and capaburro caribbean as we know it in the plain, it was a lot of fun for me because I had more 40 minutes without taking out a fish that would be my presentation until finally I feel that the hook and nylon ran through my fingers and I start to take it out, it was a guabina that came out so that I could They will take the photo because I showed it and I told José Antonio to take my photo, once he took the photo the guabina kicked off the hook and fell on the shore managing to enter the water, we started laughing and José tells me Antonio that guabina said I'm going to take a picture with the old man and I'm going.
