I'm not saying they're incompetent, I just think we're lacking the competition on top and that's all. If there's no competition there's no reason for anyone to level up the game. Kinda like socialism.

I thought the curation will make the system a bit more inclusive, but I guess I was wrong. The worst part is that you can't blame anyone given that the most lucrative deals are tied to curation trials - mostly because you can't expect to have investors spend 5 hours per day in order to search for the best content. So it's naturally easier to give your vote to someone who already proved to be worthy.

On the other hand, if we had something that's actually fun, the Hive ecosystem would explode 10x in a matter of months. Fundamentals are set and that's something no one can disregard, but sometimes it's not enough.

Hive punks proved that people want to have something to have fun with, outside pure speculation, which is by the way good for the system. Gotta give the people what they want.
