Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hello my name is Giulio you can call me Julio because Giulio is an Italian name that translated to Spanish is Julio I was born in the country Venezuela state Falcón city punto fijo on February 24, 1985 single hetero since I was a child I was attracted to video games, music, I avoid being bored, sometimes I do sports like playing soccer, I go for a walk, I try to be attentive to what is happening in the world today, I like coffee, pizza is my favorite food, I currently live here in this city and I'm not thinking about leaving Venezuela, I studied elementary school here in several institutes and high school too, then I went to college specifically two universities, I never finished the race, I always called my attention to music so on this website you can listen to some of my musical works atom.bio/juliorayo/ julio rayo is a stage name that I made up personally I like the alternative rock metal genre, I have been in several bands, like brainniac, magnetic, haleskey, broken Desire, currently I am with a band called arexia you can find it on instagram as @/arexiaband I have also worked in other projects like nü-system a hardcore band or project where I made with some band mates at that time an album called for a better reason.

It was on a Friday afternoon, October was already days advanced, very close to the end of the year sixty-eight, when I saw the light of day for the first time, and this exciting adventure called life began... it had been engendered with much love by two young school teachers, who made their way in the world, full of dreams and illusions. This is how my growth and my learning began, they fed me with their desire to live, with the hope of a tomorrow where everything was possible, and what clay in the hands of expert sculptors, I was modeled day by day.

Hi, everyone. Welcome to my first-ever blog post in Hive. I am Julius Abella, a passionate computer science student and thankfully, I am graduating student and survived many challenges since my first year in CvSU-CCAT. I dedicated my four years to learning and making several systems to fulfill my dreams. It was very hard to cope with challenges in my college years because I am a self-support student. I worked in my extra days and most especially, during weekends to earn some money from my aunt’s business. I worked as a rice grinder and my output will be converted into a pancit pasta.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
