This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hello, my name is Isabel Cristina, I live in Caracas-Venezuela in a warm and friendly place. I have been paying rent for almost a year now, when for personal reasons I left my mother's house where I had lived all the rest of my life. There I lived with one of my many siblings, his girlfriend and my two cats. It was hard to leave my pets behind, but it was time to move on to other places in search of a better quality of life. At the moment I live alone.

My name is Jeyson Colmenares, I am 43 years old, my family is very large, I am the fourth of six siblings and despite being Venezuelan by birth I also have Colombian roots, I am the father of 3 beautiful children (2 girls and a boy) that are an essential part of my Universe, single, resident of the city of Caracas, Venezuela, in the extreme north of South America, a land blessed by God for all its natural wealth and above all the most important thing: its people.

Hello there ladies and gentlemen of this community. As you can see I'm new in this house and this will be my second house now since my first house is in Readcash you can find me there with the username Jher0122. I talked about my real-life experiences there and the lessons I got from them. I also tackled many things out there which captured my interest. That gives you a little information about me now and I hope you will read through the end of this one as I talk about myself more as my introductory post here in Hive.

Hello, I hope you are well. I'm Eli, that's how my friends know me. Although it's a particular subject my name. It's really an abbreviation of what I would like my name to be. To me it means a new beginning, a fresh start, a chance to be someone better.

I am Jen, 33 years old and turning 34 on the 14th day of August and please do prepare your virtual gift for me, lol, just kidding.

I am a house wife and a full time mom who chooses to stop from working and choose to take care of our son personally. Many people were saying that I wasted the opportunity to have a regular job and better position in the company but I just told them that taking care of our children is the most satisfying and blessed work of a mother. Being a full time mom I can see the development of my baby. I know when he had his first tooth, I know what is his first word and it is mama, I witness his first step, I cooked his first food, I let him eat, drink, took him a bath, dresses him, play with him, sleep with him and many more to mention.

I'm Albani Victoria Henríquez. Some call me just Bani/Albi. I'm from Venezuela; raised and currently living here, in Monagas. That's how it has been since July 10, 2004; the date I was born.

Am from Enugu State Nigeria. I am Igbo by tribe, my father is a clergy man and my mother a trader. We are 7 in numbers in my family, 3 boys and two girls. I am the first child in the family, Paul iloson(second born), Pauline iloson (third born), gospel iloson (forth born) and Benjamin iloson (the last born).

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
