Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

I go by the name Lotanna Charles aka @magicfingerz. I come from the Eastern part of Nigeria. I had my bachelors degree at the University of Ibadan, the premiere University of Nigeria. I also had a diploma in French language at L'institut de français in East Africa, Burundi. I am currently doing a 6month internship at Specialist hospital Enugu state. I am simply a passionate person. Keep reading and you'll find out what and what am passionate about.

My name is Mary Bello, I am glad to be in your midst.

Being my first and introductory post, it is highly important that I properly introduce myself to the community. Thus, I am highly required to speak about myself. First and foremost, I am Onaha Ernest by name. I am a Nigerian, and a native of Anambra State (a state located at the south eastern part of Nigeria) to be precise. I am also a graduate of philosophy from Dominican University Ibadan Nigeria.

My name is Solomon Oladapo. I'm also called D-princy. I am a music producer, sound engineer and multi instrumentalist. I have always been a lover of music ever since i was very young, taught myself most of the things i know today despite the fact i grew up in environment where music is not taken serious and in a CAC church.

Growing up, my parents, siblings, relatives, and my close friends call me “Bkal”. Yeah, I know it’s a silly nickname. I asked my parents why they prefer to call me that, I was shocked and a little bit overwhelm. My parents call me that because I’m the youngest son. Here in the Philippines, if you are the youngest son or daughter they will call you “baby” so, therefore, the B in BKAL is baby and the KAL is a sort of innovation of KARL.

Your uncle is 19 years old, proud Capricorn. Born and raised in Cebu City but currently living in Talisay City. Your uncle loves to travel, eat local foods, and do extreme activities.

I am Huyền Trang. Now I am a sophomore student at Danang University of Foreign Languages. I love myself and this life so I always want to pass on positive energy to the people around me. My life motto is "being happy because life allows".

My name is TEMITAYO, meaning (mine is worthy of joy). I’m a lady with a soft heart who also finds pleasure in beautifying people, being a solution to people’s problem and bringing smile to their faces in the process.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
