This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.
Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

I'm a teenager who loves volleyball, makeup and K-pop. I like going to malls and makeup stores, they are relaxing for me. When I grow up I would like to be a makeup content creator and do product reviews for famous brands. I am a cheerful, kind, loving and charismatic teenager.
Hi I am Rommel Rusiana Hive account@rrusiana33 from Consolacion, Cebu Philippines. To those who don't know me yet please take a pause to read my story. I was born here in Cebu but my parents decided to raise us at Kalilangan Bukidnon in Mindanao. When I was six years old, we transferred and lived there with doubt like if we were be able to stay there longer cause honestly to be in that place is quite hard for a kid like me. Our life in Bukidnon had so much twists which made me think if we will survive. As a kid growing in place where farming is the only source of income and livelihood is unyielding. I asked my parents as to why we transferred knowing that our life here in Cebu is better but it was unanswered.
The name “OVEY" is an Eggon name that means, "thanksgiving" in English. My parents named me “OVEY"because the gap between me and my elder sister is a five(5) years gap. My parents thought they would never have another child again. The second reason I was named OVEY IS that, my mum gave birth to me almost immediately, just 30 minutes after arriving at the hospital. As if I was eager to see the world and my family
I got to know about hive Blockchain through my leader who happens to be The NYSC Marshall band president Jos Plateau state in person of ovey10. We first met at the NYSC camp in jos plateau state where i joined the marshall Band and Hive account@ovey10 being our tutor and president of the marshall Band noticed the love and passion I have for my craft shared with me about Hive Blockchain.He is a picture of my on my NYSC khaki (uniform)
You’ll find a mix of things here and I'll be happy to contribute in this space through sharing my everyday experiences, lessons learned, creative ideas, helpful tips, and maybe even a few personal rants. I'm not here to be perfect, just real. Think of it like a friendly chat over coffee — honest, warm, and sometimes a little random.
This is a space not only for those of us who are blessed to live in Isla Margarita, but also for those lucky enough to have come to visit us and enjoy its beauty, but also for those who dream of visiting it someday. So as you can see, this space is for you.

That's how people who know me usually describe me because of the hardships I've encountered. I stand firm. Yes, my life is full of twists, and I wonder what else life has to offer. I want to welcome you all to the story of my simple life, which has many lessons to be learned without judgment.
One of the hobbies I love with all my heart is spending time with animals, whether they're dogs like the two we have at home, or cats, rabbits, and turtles. Another activity I really enjoy is drawing. It can be things I imagine or things I find on Pinterest and YouTube. I love playing different games that are available on the Roblox platform, such as: Brookhaven, Berry Avenue, Murder Mystery 2, Steal a Brainrot, MMV, MvS, Dress To Impress, and tower games. I also like listening to music, mostly in English, and I love watching horror movies and Kdramas.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.
Onboarder Application
OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. For more information about this program, please refer to this post.
If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:
Your Hive username.
The types of users you will be inviting.
The reason why you want to be part of the onboarding program.
Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!
Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
