Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

My name is Maily, and I’m 22 years old. I’m Cuban, so my identity is in Cuba, in its streets, people, and customs. I like Cuban music, especially bolero, and feeling. Since I was a little girl I started to mark the basic steps of popular Cuban dances such as rumba, guaguancó, salsa, and chachachá; I was accompanied by friends from school and the community. The above is something that still doesn't leave me, especially when dancing with friends, although it is less common now. Dominoes for me is a "serious game", besides being fun, it’s used to gather family and friends, and I have been able to prove it. As a good habanera, I like to lie on the wall of the Malecón, and let ideas flow, meetings and their conversations, laughter and tears. I love the beach, its clear water, and getting soaked in the sand.

I'm Lya, I'm 24 years old, and I'm from Havana, the capital of Cuba. I was born in Vedado, near the sea. The sea has always been ambivalent for me, it calms me, but it has also done damage; those of us who live near it know that.

Greetings! My name is Ruben Pupo. I was born on April 20, 2000. I'm 23 years old and I'm currently dedicated to digital painting creating portraits and illustrations, as well as developing and designing characters.

I also do artistic photography in the area of Street Photography as a hobby. Since I was a child I have been interested in drawing, I used to scratch tables in high school practicing different angles of each object I observed.

Hello to all the hive users here! Hi, everyone! This is my first time here in the hive. I hope I will make a good impression on all of you, and I hope that this hive will help us grow and also help us to be a better version of ourselves. So, before I start my intro blog, let me introduce myself.

My name is @elaiza09. I am 16 years old. I turned 16 last November, and I am currently studying at a national high school here in our municipality of San Remigio. I am now a grade 10 student.

As my house is situated in mountainous side beside a river quite far from highways, I commonly encounter lizards, spiders, scorpions, leeches, various snakes, and other bugs and so, I am not scared of these animals venomous or not. With my buddy Bongkol (my dog’s name) who lately passed away due to poison, we always team-up in catching snakes, monitor lizards, wild chickens, bird eggs (buntog), tree snails (takdong) and climb trees for fruits and veges like, coconut, sugarcane, bamboo shoot (dabong), guavas, tamarind (sambag), ube, An-an (An-An Tree), and other wild plants which can be eaten as meals. Using hand-catapult (tirador), We manage to catch birds which later on barbequed. We sometimes enter caves just to sleep for a moment, drink from a well and bath together on the river.

My name is Heidy Saiz Hechavarria. I was born on February 17, 2008. I was a very desired girl and raised with a lot of affection and love by my parents, Roberto Sauz Sosa (pongo) as I affectionately call him, and Katia Hechavarria Valdés, who is my inspiration, known in Hive as @ babyl, I also have an 11-year-old sister named Wendy Saiz Hechavseria, a treasure of a girl whom I adore.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
