Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Good day, Hivers! I'm Marvie Gimenez, a 22-year-old 4th-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Industrial Technology with a major in Garments in Cebu Technological University Main-Campus. I come from a family of seven, with four brothers and two sisters, and I'm the fifth among my siblings. Our family, though simple, finds joy in the close-knit bonds we share. My father transitioned from being a laborer to a farmer in our small farm due to age, while my mother takes on the role of a dedicated housewife.

I am Mary Jill Maglucot, 23 years old, Single. I am a fully-blooded Filipina and a full-time student in one of the best schools in Cebu City, Philippines. I'm in my last year in college and I'm taking up Bachelor of Science and Business Administration Major in Marketing Management. I am the youngest of two siblings and I'm proud to say that I am raised by a single mother. Seeing how my mother strives to give us the life we have right now is one of my main drives to be successful in the future.

I am Erika, but most call me Kai or Ikay, which I prefer. I am a 20-year-old newbie here. I originally came from Manila, but currently call Cebu City, Philippines, my home. Right now, I’m in my 4rth year at Cebu Technological University, studying Business Administration with a Major in Marketing Management.

I am Jenny Jave, 21 years old, single, and currently residing in Cebu City. I was not born in the comfort of the city; I am actually from Bohol. I lived far away from the only city found in our province. I spent most of my day trudging mountains and swimming barefoot in the deepest part of the sea.

Hi everyone! This is Princess Marjet, you can simply call me Hive account@cheeryprincess and I'm from Tabogon, Cebu. I'm 15 years old and also a hardworking Grade 10 student at St. Louis de Marillac College of Bogo. This is my introblog and my first time joining the world of blogging! I'm so excited to share the adventures of my life through writing! I find this as a perfect opportunity to show the world my writing skills because I love to read and write my own stories for fun! My hobbies are cooking, reading, crafting, and playing online games with my friends. I love cats because they are very cute and cuddly. Hello to anyone who reads this. I am Aira Mae A. Ciudad. My last name means “city” in Spanish, but I am actually from one of the Cebu Philippines islands. I am an island girl, but I prefer city life. The hustle and bustle of the city fits well with my fast-paced mind. I take an interest in adventures and new experiences and wouldn’t say no to any spontaneous travel with my friends. I am a pretty outgoing person, and I value the people who see my worth and make me feel good. I am the kind of person who loves with all her heart, and I stand by that statement.

My name is Mary Grace G. Tapales; you can call me Mary or Grace. I am 22 years old. A dreamer and believer. The second-born child of the Tapales family. I am the second-born child in a family of six children, five of whom are boys and one of whom is a girl. I am currently residing alone in a city, specifically Minglanilla City, Cebu. You want to know why? Well, you will know as we continue. My family is currently living in one of the most beautiful provinces of Cebu, which is Toledo City. We belong to a middle-class family with no regrets but a lot of life-honest questions. Like goodness, fate! Why are we suffering like this? Hence, to provide, we are not financially stable. However, I am very grateful to the Almighty God because he never leaves us behind and never fails to guide and provide, and to my parents, who give whatever they can just to make us live comfortably. Also, I could conclude that having not so much offers a large amount of experiences and lessons in life, as you will know if you browse below.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
