OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 55th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

The project was something that I've been looking forward to getting finished. I love building things for sure, and I know that it's been something my wife has been interested in getting finished up! I was glad when she agreed to spend some time at home for us to finish it. She was busy wit her business stuff so it was good to hang out at home and get working.

Permaculture teaches us to consider the five zones when designing your property. Zone one is the area closest to your home, where you are the most active. This is where you want to place your kitchen garden, rainwater harvesting, clothesline, etcetera. Permaculture also teaches us to design our gardens to capture rainwater, and to be comfortable and efficient to work in.

As many of you may know @mayifiestas is doing a contest which I had the pleasure of being invited to participate and since I couldn't do it in the previous contest due to lack of elements I thought that this time I could since I have more material to work with. The contest is about "Makeup inspired by a Villain", this is really interesting and curious because many times we don't stop to really see the story of the antagonist of the series or movie that we like so much and this is important because it reveals the reason why this character is bad.

Hello! A long time ago I already published one of the illustrations made for a series called things I did during the quarantine, this time I would like to show you another illustration of that series, one of the things I am not very proud of is that during the quarantine I ate a little too much, hahaha but it was fun, I spent hours drawing and being so long sedentary made me hungry or just want to eat something sweet.

African basil, or scent leaf as popularly called, botanically known as 'Occimum gratissimum' is a wonder green leaf, unique for its scent and aroma. Its usually use at homes for its aroma while cooking but apart from that scent leaf or african basil leaf has been an indigenous remedy for diarrhea mostly.

Creativity is not just something to be reserved for artists and poets. Everyone has a creative side. But I think creativity can be really elusive for people who feel like they’re stuck in a creative rut. A lot of us feel like the ideas they used to have, are now gone and it’s hard to find the sense of passion and curiosity we once had. Fortunately, there are many ways to be more creative in your everyday life.

I’m sorry if I’m being hard on you. I know you keep thinking you can do so many things with your time. There’s nothing wrong with that but please keep your expectations realistic. You don’t have to finish everything today. There is still tomorrow. Just keep this in mind: work on the things that give the most impact. Don’t spend too much time on the little things. I know you get into the trap of exerting too much effort on the tiniest details. Most of the time, enough is better than late.

Everyone knows that the octopus is a marine animal, and is one of the most peculiar animals that we can find in the ocean, really fabulous, interesting, with 8 powerful arms, provided with tentacles and bulging eyes, is a fascinating animal, after all, it is different, as there are also certain animals that are strange but motivate us to investigate to learn more about them, so let's start with the step by step to make this fantastic octopus lamp:
