OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 347th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

How this Works

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Speaking of boost, here are the curated posts for this batch:

Wednesday Walk: Afternoon walk to the playground at Billabong - Bogor

Actually we were confused about where to go for an afternoon walk. But my wife gave me the idea to go to the playground in Billabong, close to our village. Because there are many places to play for our daughter.

Maybe after the rain, along the road we traveled by motorbike, there were many puddles of water. Only a few minutes of our journey, we have arrived at the Billabong playground.

A Wednesday walk transition into a new state and a new year

So my apologies to everyone as I have been a bit hit and miss on Hive over the past couple weeks unfortunately- mainly due to work and xmas travel preparations and so my walk for this #WednesdayWalk post was as much of a geographical transition- as we are about to transition from one year to another in a couple of days- 2021 to 2022 with hope that this coming year and beyond will be so much better than the previous years.

How important is our attitude towards life? [Esp-Eng]

As you know, we all go through times when just getting out of bed and moving forward is hard, there are times when we are presented with situations so difficult and painful, that we must force ourselves to do anything, and at times like these the only thing we can do, is to feel.

Guys Night Chapter III: Enter the Mullet

So I have my character ready to go, I have my tactical battle doctrine in mind, and I have a loose idea of how to play my character. I am beyond excited to play. So I get to the game night venue and have an aside with Dan (The GM) about how we are going to introduce William Tracey VIII. He explains that I will be in an antechamber in the Black Heart of Death™ mini dungeon near the beginning. Ok, so I have some time be the party finds me and this is actually when I start writing my backstory.

Deer Digging Apples In My Aunts Yard!

During this part of festive times with family I witnessed 9 deer come into the yard to dig for apples under the snow! It was really great to see them! I saw a few animals on my way to my Aunts house too! Saw a Sage Grouse on the snow prairie, also saw a bald eagle flying! I love when I see animals. A fox came close to me this year in my yard at home too

Just Woke Up in Appreciation of the Beauty that Surrounds Me

…anyway yeah, it can be stressful, but it’s always rewarding. Usually that reward just comes in the form of getting to spend that time with my kids, which is indeed a treasure. I love giving them their hugs before they go off to spend their days doing what little teeny humans do - partly because I’m always aware, in the back of my mind, that this gift of time together is one of a limited supply, but also just because being there for and with them feels like home.

Discover Phuket Old Town through a walk

These are just some of the things most tourists imagine about Phuket. But here there are still many interesting things to find 🙂 Today I'm going to take you all for a walk and shopping in the old town, also known as "Phuket Town".

Phuket is a city with a long history and prosperity, one of the traces of Phuket's glorious past is Phuket Old Town. Filled with buildings in the Sino-Portuguese style along both sides of the street make it a unique place on the island. These old buildings are scattered throughout Phuket Town, you have to walk a little to admire their beauty.

[ENG/ESP] Don Federico no es una canción infantil

Amanda wandered from the table to the dining room. Just like that, like in a nursery rhyme. I liked to watch her do it, because her skirt swished back and forth in the winter blizzard coming through the window. So, she looked free and people look beautiful when they are free.

Evitemos preocuparnos por lo que aún no ha ocurrido [ ESP– ENG ]

Hello my dear community today I want to talk about a topic so common and so well known to us as is the fact of worrying about things that have not yet happened and it may seem absurd to many, because ... who is going to worry about things that have not happened, but in most cases all or almost all of us have fallen into these anticipatory thoughts at some point. We can also summarize it as worrying about tomorrow, and this for me as for many with this pandemic of Covid 19 and so many variants has become our day to day.

Mandarin Mint Massage Bars ✨

How the holidays are going, although we have already passed Christmas, we still have many days left to make gifts for our loved ones.

In addition to that this time we are going to prepare a massage bar that can be given away at any time of the year.
