OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 285th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Speaking of boost, here are the curated posts for this batch:

It's Saturday, and as usual, my blog has kitten pictures today. It has been the way on our blockchain since time immemorial, Saturday is Caturday. There is even Caturday Community, in case someone doesn't know. Since I started my blog again, I try to do one post every two days, and every two weeks my post falls on a Saturday. So, today kitten pictures here.

As much as people don't like to admit, the lack of sunshine really does affect one's mood, and I guess that's why after spending several days at home: facing answer sheets, sorting them, labeling them and stapling them, all several hundreds of them, and then dealing with antsy relatives, I finally decided to take a short jog outside despite the weather. I guess you could say one of the factors to consider in maintaining my overall sense of well-being and satisfaction is how often I go outside.

A country rich in nature, spoiled by years of strife, anguish, inequality, many wrongs that require being put right, mostly a friendly warm people offering rich rewards when you listen to stories handed down through generations.

Now, a second time, I'm summoned to respond and I felt I couldn't just ignore this another time. Not that I deliberately ignored the earlier invite, but I didn't respond, did I? And whatever excuse I was giving before, at some point it's all about setting priorities.

This time we must bring rural landscapes to the #contest and I chose one of the landscapes that most impacted me when I was traveling to the south of my beautiful Argentina, so I want to share it with you.

Hello everyone, today I want to share with you the first drawing of a new personal project that I started today, it is the realization of caricatures, this very interesting art. It has always caught my attention and it is really admirable the work of some artists of the genre and it was after seeing a class on the internet of the artist Tom Richmond, that encouraged me to dabble in this style of art. In his presentation he indicated that the caricature is a portrait that highlights the qualities that distinguish and differentiate us, enhances our personality, which is not only looking for the physical resemblance but to capture the presence of the model, his personality and that is where I think the art is magical. He indicates the steps for the realization of the caricature and following these steps I made my first caricature. I hope you like it.
