OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 2027th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

How this Works

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Speaking of boost, here are the curated posts for this batch:

School Stress? Just Add Ice Cream

But at first, we were confused about where to buy ice cream — even choosing what to eat was hard, how much more choosing a place? At the beginning, we already agreed to have ice cream, but since there were a lot of stores selling it, we got confused because everyone was suggesting different places. And if no one takes the initiative to choose a final option and just walks away, we’d never finish deciding.

El arte de escuchar el silencio/The art of listening to silence

The same thing I do in social networks, I usually see senseless disputes, heated tempers, where for sure if they were one against the other, they would be in a pure wwe style or something like that. In addition, nowadays, social networks have tools against harassment, which is not very true, since this tool does not work.

Reflecting on life, laughter and light

Second on the list is the Irish staple. The thing we do when a soul is born. The thing we do when a soul departs. The thing we do when two souls wed. The thing we do in the morning. The thing we do in the evening. What could it be????

"La gata bajo la lluvia" ,Hive Open Mic week 265 ,cover by ,@yaremiverde1

"La gata bajo la lluvia" (The cat in the rain) is a song performed by the great Rocio Durcal, released in 1981 and describes the breakup of a relationship and the pain felt by the person in love to have to lose, and according to the composer of this beautiful piece Rafael Perez Botija, is the same feeling that would feel a cat in the rain alone, abandoned and sad.

Milo bread roll with Cheese

Last April 15, 2025 my friend and I went to Poblacion since we were were scheduled to get our school cards. It was still early when we arrived, so I told her to visit my place after lunch since I was going to prepare a snack, and she happily agreed.

Happiness (Series D-constructions)/ Felicidad ( de la serie D-construcciones) [ENG-ESP]

As part of my personal aesthetic I have been exploring for some time the infinite possibilities of working with paper, cardboard and other recyclable resources. It is a fascinating world indeed; just by cutting the paper or folding it, surprising results can be obtained. In the case that concerns me today, and following this series that I have named D- constructions, based on the work with silhouettes, I return with another piece of simple elaboration for anyone who dares to try it.

Los viernes... ¡no se hace dieta! / On Fridays... no dieting!

This has made me lose track of time on more than one occasion, confusing the days of the week, especially when my children are on vacation, since school is the only indication that the week has a break in their activities.

Dream vacations and curious palates. |#LOH236 [ENG/ESP]

I have vivid memories of going to the beach for the first time and the feeling of tranquility. All of this was in a small, remote, and very solitary space, and although I don't know how to swim, I was shallow enough to enjoy and laugh at the sight of some fish that came close, and spending time looking at the clear sky, making me feel the whole environment different from usual. Something that stuck with me the second time I went was that moment of finding stones and shells, which was fun, and among them, a flower-shaped stone that we still have. Looking at it takes us back to those moments, even though we couldn't capture them in photos.

FLUTE COVER OF "DÍA DE ENERO" BY MARIA KARLA - VIBES WEB3 MUSIC COMPETITION WEEK #34

Hello Vibes, this week I'm bringing you a song by Colombian singer Shakira, "January Day." A ballad about love and consolation. Its lyrics describe the encounter between two people on a January day, marked by sincerity and an instant connection. It's an ode to healing love and the power of music and human connection to overcome sadness and pain. But you won't hear the lyrics in this video, as I'll be playing my flute, and I'll try to convey the message with just a simple and beautiful melody. Without a doubt, one of her most beautiful songs.
