OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1965th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

I've been wanting to join this community for a long time and the day has come to share a delicious watercress, tomato, onion and avocado salad. This year I decided to include more vegetables and fruits in my meals. Vegan food is not only healthy, depending on the ingredients you use you can achieve tasty and visually appealing dishes with their colours and flavours. Salads are a perfect way to do this.

To finish this practical dish, I will drain the broccoli. Then, I will pour it into the pan where the pork chop is, add the chopped onion and also the carrot. I will let it cook for a few minutes, waiting for them to soften and become al dente. Then I will add the other vegetables and the spinach, stir and cover until I get a delicious sautéed pork chop.

I’m so excited because this is officially my first entry here—wow! So glad to be part of this space.

For my entry today, I’ve decided to perform a beautiful song by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars, Die with a Smile. This song has been living rent-free in my head since I first heard it, and when I thought about submitting an entry, I didn’t even have to think twice—I knew this had to be the one.

Mechanical keyboards work with switches. Those are moe durable. They also have the added sound factor. Think about older keyboards from the tie computers were all white. That is the sound. It is interesting. There are also silent options for those who don't like the clicking.

A loving greeting to all my Hive friends, especially to the culture lovers. This time I want to share with you what I have done to celebrate 128 years of national cinema. Every January 28th is celebrated in Venezuela the day of national cinema. This is a very important date for the cultural sector and everyone involved. And no wonder, in a country like this, full of talent and creativity, cinema is one of the spaces where all the work of artistic creation that is born in our people is expressed; especially because our cinema is characterized by being a social cinema.

Until I discovered this recipe that changed my taste pallet and started liking tofu. The dish I am going to cook it what we Sisig Tofu, which is the healthier version of the famous Sisig here in the Philippines, the original sisig came from some part of pig meat, and pig meat is hella expensive right now, so we go to the more budget-friendly food. LOL

I saw that the ASEAN Hive Challenge "Chef Challenge: Tofu" is the main ingredient and I had my entry with me so I am going to join this week's challenge. I hope you enjoy it! :D

This time, I want to share a piece of our Venezuelan culture with you, performing a very special instrumental joropo: "Seis por Derecho." Although it's not very comfortable to play without the accompaniment of another instrument to guide the rhythmic base, I'll do my best listening to the singing of the birds releasing their trills from the Mango tree.
