Homemade fresh healthy green juice ( Carrot 🥕 & Mustard Green )
Today I want to share a new recipe with my friends. Mustard & carrot juice with ginger and lime. As we know, mustard greens and carrots have a multitude of benefits for the body, one of which is rich in antioxidants. I added ginger to the juice, apart from adding a delicious taste, we also know that ginger is good for maintaining heart health.I think this drink is suitable for consumption for those of us who lack fiber and also to maintain eye and heart health. Oh yes, my suggestion is that we shouldn't consume this juice every day. Even though it is good for the body and good for skin health, the ingredients contained in carrots can cause carotenamine or changes in skin color, increased sugar intake, digestive problems and blood thinning.

My life has been a series of ups and downs, but I always try to focus on bouncing back every time I'm at my lowest. Despite all the hardships, I never felt alone because my family was always with me. They're my strength and they will always be.When I look back and think about my greatest heartbreak, it wasn't really the time when the guy I liked left. (Though I cried a lot back then... lol) It wasn't also that time when the same guy told me he's getting married because almost ten years have passed and I've long gotten over him. And his wife is a sweetheart. :)

Hello black and white friends, how are you today, I hope you are fine.On this occasion I would like to donate some of my photography to friends.
My photo this time is a rooster.
Coincidentally I have several chickens in the coop.
Every day morning and evening I always give food to the chickens.
This chicken is very tame and the size of this chicken is already large. When I saw this chicken I was interested in taking a photo.
Then I took several photos with my cellphone, and I edited them into black and white versions.
Here are some photos as follows:

It's easy to say, and why don't you leave the country?, but definitely, that goes beyond packing a suitcase and traveling, with nothing, it's a risk, that many dare to take, leaving everything behind, their families, friends, home, work, their land.

Hello hello. I hope you are all very well. At this hour it's a bit cold, the weather has been quite nice lately, which I like a lot because I can do the projects in my free time without sacrificing the night hours as I was doing recently. The bad thing is that the internet has been failing a bit during the day, maybe because of the electoral process coming up in the country. By the way, one of the presidential candidates chose as his slogan a phrase that is accompanied by a very significant figure in the region where I live. Now that I'm back from the town where my mom lives, I'm excited about what life is like in the 🚜 countryside and it provoked me to do a nice project. It is about knitting the amigurumi of a 🐓 rooster. It's not a painted rooster, but one that I loved making and I think I'll keep it for myself.

Joys and sorrows left to me by my grandmothers / Alegrías y tristezas que me dejaron mis abuelas
My grandparents passed away before I was born, so I can only say what little my parents and aunts have told me about them, that's why I dedicate this post to my memories with my grandmothers, who even became great-grandmothers, not to one, but to many of the children of their grandchildren.Luisa María and María Heriberta were the names of my grandmothers. Luisa, my mother's mother, and Heriberta, my father's mother. I owe my name to them, as being the first girl on the maternal side, my mom wanted to honor her mother, without leaving aside her mother-in-law (mostly to avoid problems, haha).

Hello friends, Zuni here again and this time telling you something that happened to me and that I really appreciate. The doctor, from the office where I work, traveled to the south of Argentina, where he has his children and grandchildren, for the winter vacations and the gesture to us, we loved it.

I didn't know what title to give this post 😄 It's about how to make some vegetable stir-fry to keep in the fridge and be great for making colorful, nutritious and flavorful dishes during the week, saving time and money.

A warm greeting to all members of the #Music community and to all those who love this divine art of combining sounds. Today I have the pleasure of sharing my trumpet interpretation of “I Want to Hold Your Hand”, a pop rock song by The Beatles composed by John Lennon and Paul McCartney. I love its repetitive lyrics, its message about love and connection, as well as its honesty and optimism. I have seen several documentaries about the Liverpool Quartet, and the euphoria they caused was incredible. This song is iconic in the 60s and pop culture. The melody is incredible and has a comfortable range; Lennon and McCartney’s voices are a perfect match. The challenge was to find a track that would suit the trumpet. First I found a score in A major, and since I found it too high, I looked for another key. In the end, I found one in G major. Another thing that caught my attention is that in the final bars, there is an addition of clapping that generates a sense of community and celebration.
