OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1398th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

How this Works

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Speaking of boost, here are the curated posts for this batch:

I Am Thankful Everyday

While i experienced some rough times i still look back at most of it with fondness as it was one time in my life i was actually free.

I was free while those that shouted abuse at me, spat at me, attacked me for simply being homeless were caught up in the slavery of the system.

Finally we are PREGNANT after FIVE years of waiting; it was confirmed a day before my Birthday!

As we arrived in our dorm, I just placed my bag in the living room with the kit in my hands. Following the instructions and after two drops of urine I placed it above the sink to continue releasing the call of nature. Before picking it up again I was like, Okay negative, I know it will because I've been in that situation countless times. Yes it hurts but I was like a masochist. I got USED with it. While holding the door knob I took a glanced at the PT I am holding and I almost lost my balance! Am I seeing it right? or I am seeing this because this is what I wanted to see?

Passion, Purpose, and New Beginnings #159

It’s what we hold close to our hearts, and it’s something we’ll always be passionate about. For me, passion is what makes every day worth living.

Whether it's a creative pursuit, something you’re fighting for, a hobby that takes up your free time, or a profession that defines who you are, everyone has something like this.

A magical day! Several generations united in fun / ¡Un día mágico! Varias generaciones unidas en la diversión

Today I want to share with you a wonderful family outing we did some time ago. It was a day that gifted us with a unique experience and allowed us to enjoy special moments together. I recently discovered these beautiful photos that I had misplaced, and since I recently found this community, I thought it was a good idea to share them here.

The walls of my city are a canvas for works of art (CCC's Street Art Contest)

How are my friends who are passionate about “street art” and faithful followers of this splendid ¨StreetArtCommunity¨: On this occasion I want to introduce you to other beautiful works of art from my city. As I had mentioned on other occasions, the artists here use the walls of ¨Corrientes¨ as a canvas for their works of art, so much so that I believe that there is no municipal wall without a mural. I'm not sure how many murals we currently have, but according to this ¨nota del diario¨: , in September of last year we had seventy murals; There is so much work on public roads that on your walks it is almost common to pass in front of them

Probando una nueva marca de productos para el cabello // Testing a new brand of hair products [Esp/Eng]

I'm going to share with you my experience trying these hair products from the brand "Keramix", which I decided to buy since about a month and a half ago I painted my hair at home and as a result of that I got very dry, the shampoo and conditioner that I had already in use were not lending me so I thought it was a good idea to make a change.

Community: The MINIMALIST

Infrequent outdoor occasions keep my kitchen wares minimalistic

Men generally have a knack for minimalist dishware, and I am no exception, even though I am surrounded by two females—my mom and younger sister—who would do anything to acquire all the dishware they come across.

The African culture has over the years relegated the kitchen affairs to the women, leaving the struggles and hustle of life to the men. This narration is gradually taking a new turn as male children are now encouraged to get acquainted with kitchen affairs, which is commonly seen in homes where the children are all boys or where parents do not discriminate against kitchen affairs.

RESILIENCE // MY SISTER IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF OVERCOMING [ENG-ESP]

Greetings my dear friends and great readers who make life through this great ecosystem as it is Hive. Welcome to a new journey full of experiences and life experiences through my blog. Today is Tuesday and all of us who make life in our favorite program such as Encuentro de Talentos know it, that's why we let our inspiration fly to capture our ideas about those small but valuable moments that have served as a basis to say "I can do it too".

Hooking them up - November garden

I am not sure if anyone remembers that after my angioplasty I suffered disc prolapse which brought my gardening efforts to a halt, it was then that I came up with the idea of a hanging garden. Here everything is suspended from the ceiling and is not a strain on my back. It's been two years now and my hanging garden has grown by leaps and bounds. Actually this part of my home has become a forest of sorts.

Delicious and nutritious coconut rice // (Esp/Eng)

These days I had a craving to eat Coconut Rice, I was so eager that I told my husband, so sick with the flu as he is, to take me for a moment to buy some coconuts and papelón that I was going to prepare a rice with coconut and as he also likes it, he did not think much and took me to a nearby place where I know they sell these 2 ingredients. So friends, when I got home I rested for a while and then I set out to prepare this delicious traditional dessert of our Venezuelan cuisine.
