OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1266th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

How this Works

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Speaking of boost, here are the curated posts for this batch:

(ESP-ENG) Conmoción en mi hogar ante la pérdida de los bebés | Shock in my home at the loss of the babies

Hello, greetings members of the Holos&Lotus community, this time I join the initiative on childhood & death, it is a difficult subject to express in most cases, certainly as human beings since prehistoric times we have had the instinct of conservation of matter The fact of thinking that something bad can happen to us scares us. When someone is diagnosed with a chronic disease, intrusive thoughts automatically arrive that make us think of pain and death, regardless of how old one is, now, when talking about death in childhood, it causes an even stronger shudder of pain even without knowing the person affected, just reading news about the death of a child generates sadness in us.

Diy Cake Topper personalizado hecho en casa ✨🤍 | Con temática de Vaquita🐄🖤 [ESP-ENG]

I bring you a simple step by step tutorial, but quite useful that you can do from home, so I will show you how to make a Cake Topper that I did for the first time, as it is an element that gives a spectacular touch to the cakes, something that is simply beautiful, of course it takes time, but it is not a big deal, you just have to have a little patience. This is more or less a guide so you can follow it and be guided if you don't have experience making one, I made this as a little gift for my baby cousin, especially personalized for her, because she likes the little cow, and well, for the first time I make one so elaborate, I loved the result, so here are the materials and the steps to follow.

De vuelta a Hogwarts con Patronus Cafe✨💜☕ || Back to Hogwarts with Patronus Cafe✨💜☕

At the beginning of the year I visited this coffee shop for the first time, and I was completely enchanted, from the decoration to the service. This Friday they held a reopening of the space, they had been promoting this event for several days and I was dying to go again, and see the new changes they made.

So, taking advantage that my cousin and my aunt visited us for a few days -and that they are Potter fans- we decided to go as a family to eat something sweet💗 The cafeteria is open from 3:30pm to 4:00pm, we wanted to go early hoping there would be few people, and it was a great decision, we were the first customers of the day and the cafeteria was completely alone😌 That helped us to contemplate well every new detail of the decoration, and to take lots and lots of pictures with tranquility.

Proudly a full time Hivers (Celebrating my 7th Anniversary)

For a large part of my life I worked in the commercial field, I kept in that activity thinking that it was my vocation, but after thirty years of activity I was disappointed that made me rethink if I wanted to continue doing what I was doing, the truth is that in 2013 I made the most important decision in my life, I quit my ¨relationship¨ or ¨dependency¨ job to dedicate myself completely to online work. The first three years were real hell, I learned what it was like to be scammed, that I had to be careful with the passwords of my pages, and how vulnerable we are in this environment if you don't know and don't pay close attention, on several occasions they have stolen my money from my wallet, even so, it persists, knowing that at some point everything was going to change, also, there was no going back, since I was a big person for the traditional labor market, luckily in the middle of the year of 2016 I found the platform that would change my life. This is how I came to Hive, overcoming many obstacles, recovering from constant disappointments. On the web there are ruthless people, who take advantage of your ignorance, who do not let your mistakes escape, that is why it is very important that you know that in Hive there are people like us, with values, with commitment, and that in this company you can do your dreams come true

Craving Room (#KISS Blog)

After all, it's true. The hellish pandemic proved that to me. Barred from shopping centres, I found myself wearing sweaters and using items in my house that I'd been hoarding for years. Things I never thought I'd use again and that, by right, should've been given away years ago. You know, there's a small voice in people's heads, especially if you come from a poor country like this one, that's always worried - what if bad times come? What if you'll need that sawed off table? Or that stained sweater? The pandemic just stoked those fears.

When in Tagaytay: Al's Cabin and Everything in Between

During the planning stage, I did find a gem. Usually, I rely on Airbnb for accommodations, but this time, I stumbled upon Al's Cabins on Facebook. A bit skeptical at first because of all the online scammers but I took a leap of faith and it paid off big time because the place was indeed magical!

We booked Al's Cabin for Php 10,200 or $182 good for 10 people, overnight. The place was incredibly spacious!

Café shop Jaracho (es/en)

There was a time in my province Pinar del Rio, where the culture of the guitar in the park every early morning almost died out completely with the advanced arrival of the Wifi and with them the social networks, an easy way to talk to the families that live beyond this island. The fact that these were very dark times for the guitar and the out of tune troubadours.

Delicious Chickpea Tortillas with Vegetable Spread. / Delicosas Tortillas de Garbanzo con Pasta de Vegetales para untar.

Today I bring you a recipe that since I saw it preparing it for the first time, it caught my attention because it is a very nutritious and healthy dish, it is gluten free, and you can add all the vegetables of your preference, in my case I used, Eggplant, Zucchini, Red Pimenon and Chives, I also added Peanuts and Garlic to give it more flavor and enrich it even more.
