Longevity as we all know is about those men and women who manage to reach more years of life than what is expected, that is to say that they overcome all those circumstances of the day to day that we currently live as for example the arrival of covid which was an exterminating detonator for humanity, especially the elderly between 70 years old and older were the most attacked since they did not have those sources of defenses to attack that virus.

Hello my dear friends at Hive! It's finally Friday and the body knows it, it's that time of the week that many of us who work long for to take that break we deserve so much. Although I have to tell you that when you spend your time at work with people with good energy and good friends, you really feel like the day goes by fast and you enjoy it. Today I had the opportunity to go to a meeting in the rural area of my town and due to transportation difficulties we were only a selected group and among them were some people that nowadays every time we go to an activity together, the day becomes almost a recreational activity because of the fun we have there hahaha.

I hope everyone has had a great week and have a fairly restful weekend. On this occasion I share with you a delicious recipe for spiral cookies. Oh, you don't know how happy it is to share a new recipe with you, because if you've been following me for a while you'll know that I love cookies madly, if you give me cookies I eat them right away, I'm a little addicted to them.A few days ago, as I had visited at home, I decided to prepare these cookies that at first glance seem the most complicated in the world, but it is not, the truth will surprise you how easy they are to prepare. Of course, it takes a bit of time to prepare them, so she decided to do it a little in advance.

It's been a little over a year since I got here thanks to@soyanafuentes who lovingly offered me to be part of this blockchain. She told me: in three months classes start. From that moment on, friends, I started researching and searching the internet. I read tutorials and information available on the web.
As you know, the situation of the country in my case led me to sell my smart phone. I had three years without knowing what a phone was. Although I had a laptop. It wasn't long before it also crashed and was impossible to repair.

December of last year, Lady, my colleague way back in 2017 when I was still working in a call center (Sykes) in Cebu City reached out to me after few years of no constant communication and asked me to be her Bridesmaid. It has been five years since the last time we saw and talked to each other. We were facebook friends but we rarely communicate so it was a surprise to me when she told me I would be one of his bridesmaids. That just makes me feel special, honestly --- that after all these years, she still remembered me.

With respect to receiving gifts, I have always thought that the nicest gifts are those that arrive without me expecting them. When someone surprises me because of the love they have for me and not because of specific dates that force some people to give a gift for commitment, I feel happy. In the same way, I try to give a present when it comes from my heart and when I can do it. When I give something as a gift I do it from my heart, whether it is a little or a lot, that gift is accompanied by genuine affection because I do not know how to pretend and I really do not want to learn how to do it.

Happy Sunday to all, almost the beginning of the week, here once again sharing with the community that keeps its young spirit intact. Today I bring you another piece of my childhood and there is no better theme than those songs that marked us by how legendary they were, today they produce a deep nostalgia that is difficult to contain the tears and even more to avoid being transported to such incredible times.

And you may ask, what did I graduate from? and it is really a very long story that I hope to summarize, you see 13 years ago I finished my career as a Journalist, however the person in charge of delivering our grades to the university did not do it, time went by and seeing that we did not enter the graduation ceremony we made the claim, where we discovered that this person had not delivered them and therefore they were not loaded in our system, After a hard work, we managed to find them, they were delivered to the coordinator of the race, he filed them in his office and never loaded them in the system, the acts of degree came and we did not enter, when it was the coordinator's turn to deliver the notes in physical form he claimed that they had been lost from his office and nothing was in the control of studies.

In my recent #beersaturday posts, I've presented breweries with centuries of history behind them, some almost literally resurrected from the ashes by local patriots. Beer deeply intertwines with Czech culture; we've been recognizing local breweries as keen social hubs since ever. This characteristic turns us into beer connoisseurs and exposes us to the risk of alcoholism. This time, I will guide you through a brewery currently experiencing its rebirth. It's in the Kročehlavy district of Kladno, a town that nowadays functions mainly as a residential area for those who prefer to avoid living in Prague. However, Kladno once held a prominent position as an industrial hub with massive coal mines and Poldi, a significant steelwork established in 1889. The Kročehlavy brewery, however, predates even these and carries spiritual connotations. Let me take you there!

My tomato plant looked horrendous. It wasn't the plant's fault though. It's been sitting in the worst possible position and getting no sun. With the constant rain, the nasty green caterpillars and snails, my lack of enthusiasm for gardening in sub zero conditions (ok not really but it feels that way sometimes), I decided it was the more humane thing to do...So I bid farewell to the very sad looking tomato plant. I recognised that apart from the constant pests (mostly because I don't like using pesticides), the plant also seemed to be suffering from blight. I noticed this earlier on and removed and pruned back a lot of the affected stems, but to no avail. Perhaps the next time I plant tomatoes I'll spray them with baking soda, apparently this helps to change the pH, making it more difficult for the blight to survive and spread. Have any of you had any success with this? I'm quite sure that warmer weather would help prevent this as well.
