Needless to say and to no one's surprise, Card Draw Magic decks are getting nerfed! There's also some other nerfs that the GU team tried to predict since we are now going to see what this new Meta can do beyond the overpowered Magic. And there's only 3 buffs: Zoo Light anyone?

Everyone expected this after the last Weekend Ranked was dominated by Magic decks. As many people have predicted, the balance team quickly dished out a balance update that addressed the biggest issues plaguing the game last weekend. In general, I feel that this series of buffs to Light and nerfs to Magic are pretty well-balanced and will likely make for a more diverse variety of decks this weekend.

Today I am going to present to you what deck I used in the previous weekend event and also what rewards I claimed for my Weekend Grind! Also, I am waiting to hear how did your Weekend Run went and discuss how did you deal with all the mage decks on the ladder! Overall I can say that I am happy with the outcome of my Weekend run but I will try to reach Mythic again in the future! My goal, for now, is to try to find a good deck to construct and the reason for my stalling is that I am looking to invest my $GODS wisely and don't regret it in the short term! So if you have any ideas or suggestions to help me with that I would be very happy to hear your opinion!

So after my last weekend ranked event playing aggro relic war, I wanted to keep playing aggressive and fast decks because I am finding quite a lot of fun in them these days. So I remembered than that I played deception not too long ago with a deck that was somewhat order and aggro at the same time but then tweaked it up to become a bit more slower and depending on controlling the board more than finishing the game off.

Recently i opened dralamar in one of my packs and i have been testing it out and trying to make it work in a deck, since then i discovered some key info that makes this insane combo work in one turn.....

I never made it back to Mythic and boy do the prizes show it. Pushed into 12 wins but only pulled 5 packs for my efforts. I can say the team had done a good job rewarding those that try and play at the top each week. Lets hope I can get back in time before the next one starts.
