A F2P decklist that went 13/25 in Mythic for the latest Weekend Ranked event.
F2P Mythic Weekend Ranked Gauntlet Recap (War, 13 Wins, Weekend 8)
This is the first week moving on from Nature and I’ve decided on an Aggro War deck, as Control War seems to cost a little more. I ended up with 13 wins; my goal is to hit 15 wins as under the new reward structure that is where the Legendary packs begin. I gotta say the competition feels more fierce with the new system as less people are de-ranking now (which is great!), plus moving to a new deck warrants some additional time to get comfortable. The nerfs to War during the last re-balance didn’t help neither. But I’ll take some lessons and re-adjust my deck and hopefully I’ll clinch that pack! Luckily, the new rewards structure gave me a decent amount of packs albeit no Legendaries.

An interresting narration of one player's first month playing Gods Unchained.
One of the things that I'm really excited about is that Hive has brought me back to my inner child because for the last few weeks I've been playing this amazing blockchain game that has left me very impressed with its high quality both in aesthetics and of its concept and development: Gods Unchained is without a doubt a phenomenal card game.

A proposal for an alternative fix to Sleep after the Sleep 2.0 test.
An Alternative to Sleep 2.0 -- How to counter BWD without Breaking The Game
The GU Balance Team introduced Sleep 2.0 in the PTR a couple of weeks back but decided against pushing through the changes to the live server. Understandably, there were a lot of adverse effects that Sleep 2.0 will bring to the game. But worry no more because I come bearing a better solution to balancing BWD. Best of all, this unsolicited idea is FREE! (well, maybe a card donation to complete my deck build is also appreciated).

An Aggro War decklist that went 18/25 in Mythic Weekend Ranked.
This past weekend started out rough. I played a few BWD matches and ran into Radiant Dawn Light repeatedly. I switched to Light and ran into a lot of Nature. Finally I settled on an aggro war deck just to finish off the awful weekend quicker...and I rattled off a 12-1 finish! It always seems to go that way, doesn't it? It's only once you've given up that the wins just come easy!

One player's struggle in Mythic during Weekend Ranked using three different decks.
Hello Hive and Gods On Chain Community! Although I've been in Hive for a couple of months I didn't have much free time to post , so now that I got the chance I will give it a try (better late than never, am I right?). I have two passions in my life , the first one is music and the second one obviously card games. I used to play all kinds of card games such as Hearthstone , Magic The Gathering , Yu-Gi-Oh , Gwent , Shadowverse ... and the list goes on ! In each and every one of these games I play , I try to be competitive and try to reach the Top Ranks. When I came upon Gods Unchained , I was amazed by the potential of this game . I could play my favourite video game genre and also make some money on the side by doing so. Sign me up !!! So I've been playing for two months and I reinvest every $GODS I earn back to the game by buying key cards that I need for my decks.

An argument for including relic removal in your deck to deal with the current meta.
The current meta as we see it, is full of annoying, strong relics. Be that from war, death, Light or any other god. Now this might be insignificant for any new player, or player that have not faced or played a lot of matches and did not struggle against them. This makes the importance of relic removal cards as they are either unknown or underrated for a lot of players so they do not keep in mind adding one in their decks.

A playtested analysis of the rising Beefy War deck archetype.
Recently, GUDecks released an update that added a few new deck archetypes to their list of meta decks. One of the rising archetypes was the Beefy War deck archetype, boasting a 60.9% win rate in the Mythic bracket over the last three days.

A Mythic player's 18/25 run with Light during Weekend Ranked.
Another Light weekend done! last week the devs announced and pushed out the new reward system to discourage players (and bots) from deranking. The updated matchmaking also increased the competitiveness, especially in Mythic rank! My weekend started terrible with a 0/3 losing streak, which even kicked me back down to Diamond. Fortunately, this also turned out favorable for me as I was able to rack up wins quickly to get back into Mythic. After some rough matchups, especially against Nature, I ended on 18 wins. And ofcourse, the updated rewards were a breath of fresh air. The previous 17-19 win range was pretty rough on the amount of packs you got. So I was quite looking forward to opening a total of 8+1 pack from the weekend, including legendaries spread across DO and CORE packs.

An opposing view to running relic removal in the majority of decks.
@theking24 recently wrote an article on Hive claiming "you should run relic removal 90% of the time!". I don't want them to think I'm attacking them personally in any way, I enjoy their content, but I completely disagree with this sentiment, and so I decided to do a deep dive into the subject to learn more myself. (So big shouts to
@theking24 for inspiring this article!)
