I woke up in the morning and then did some morning push-ups exercise, after wish I took some lite workout around my neighborhood before taking my bath and prepare for my day job.
On reaching my place of work I went fine daily routine checkup of equipments and tools in my company facilities to check for any malfunctioning of equipments. I then realized that there are some machines that needs greasing in other to prevent rusts.
I and my fellow maintenance engineer did the greasing of those equipment and their respective joints before returning to my office. I spent most of my day in my office preparing for my tomorrow safety seminar of my department.
