My Actifit Report Card: October 9th 2023
Good day all!
Today's Actifit walk took me through Calaba Itu High way down to Ikpa road and up to Esuene street in the Federal Housing Estates in Uyo.
Waking up as early as 5.30am to take a walk was fun and healthy for me especially with the early morning cool weather with less vehicular traffic.
Calaba Itu High way this morning looks empty since there were no vehicular movements.
While I walk along Esuene street it was much busier. I use the opportunity to meet a block moulder to book for some supply of 6" and 9" inches blocks.
While I was returning back, my scandal had an issue and I had to seek the services of a road side shoe mender (aboki) to have it mend.
I have so far return to Ikpa road to engage in other activities. Hope you are having a nice walk and other actifit activities.
I have done 8213 activity count for the day.
The weather have so far been calm and sunny a bit and activities is still ongoing.
This have been my 4th day participation in the actifit tracking. I most say, it is rewarding.
