As I have started in my new job,it sort of became really complicated for me to do some things- grieving over my previous one.
No matter how painful it is to think or even process my experience of being betrayed, I believe that making the conscious decision to walk away made it easier.
I am being reminded of the poem that Mother Teresa wrote:
Mother Teresa's Anyway Poem
People are often unreasonable, illogical and self centered;
Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives;
Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies;
Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you;
Be honest and frank anyway.
What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight;
Build anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous;
Be happy anyway.
The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow;
Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough;
Give the world the best you've got anyway.
You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and your God;
It was never between you and them anyway.

As I am reading this tonight, it had became easier for me to let go and forgive. Not because that person deserves all the consideration, or that person made a mistake or that the person is sorry.
Some people are just too greedy, too inflexible, inconsiderate, too deaf to listen to the situation and condition of others. Some people just think of what is right without even considering the repurcussions and effect of their actions.
I am not sorry that I have completely severed all my connections with that person. That snake will never be my friend ever again. It probably would haunt that person forever- no matter how that person will deny it- no matter how that person will forget about it- I know. Betrayals wound the soul. It shatters it- not just the betrayed but the betrayer especially.
Anyway, here is the next detail.
I started by using my molds to make a biscuit sandwich.
Then I stacked them up to make a chair. I wanted to make a christmas character but I thought it would be nice to make something unexpected. So I make this creature.
I have to wait for a day to do the "spot" design on this. Its just that my pen would "sculpt" the clay rather than create a design on it. So. here it is.
I also used a bit of the white ink to make some details on Santa's eyes.
This piece is not yet done. I will be adding more details on that on the next few days.
