I am still doing my Dementia and hospital skills training as I write this. It was really hard for me to do this but, I also need a break.
Let me share with you what happens when I get very busy: my mind gets so sucked up in my tasks, my creative juice flies out of the window. It is very frustrating because when I try to express myself, I am unable to come up with something that is in my mind. Its distressing.
I got these puffy paint in the kids section in the local mall and I think its kinda cool to experiment with it before I invest on something else. So, I made this.
To start the project, I got some acrylic plastic cover and started making my design.
I got a toothpick and used it to spread the "paint" all over the place.
This is how it looked like when its done. The instruction said that I need to use a blow dryer- hair blow dryer to dry the thing up.
Guess what- Anne does not own one! My hair is just too short to "blow dry" I saved up on that by "naturally" drying it.
So this is how it looked like when I "sundried it." It did not take that long because the sun in Australia is very hot.
So this is how it looked like. I am thinking of incorporating this on my next few crafts but I am happy on how it looks now.
