Hola amigos, en esta oportunidad me toca contarles, sobre lo que ocurri贸 durante este verano, con mis h谩bitos alimenticios. Es imposible, dejar de resaltar, la cantidad de helader铆as, que existen en la Argentina. En cada shopping, al menos hay tres o cuatro locales donde se especializan en preparar los m谩s ricos batidos y helados, tanto cremosos, como de agua. Como dato importante, este es uno de los pa铆ses, y creo que es hasta ahora el 煤nico, donde venden helados para llevar a casa por peso. Un caso Real y curioso, te va a gustar
En Avellaneda, donde resido, siempre organizan ferias y all铆 no pueden faltar los heladeros. Es m谩s, por mi sector, pasa un se帽or con su carrito a media ma帽ana con unos heladitos artesanales que tienen un sabor, inigualable.
En fin, para m铆 y mi r茅gimen diet茅tico tampoco ha sido dif铆cil, porque mi excusa es que cuando me toca comer helados, debo ejercitarme el doble y adem谩s, aumentar el consumo de vegetales verdes. Me ha funcionado por cierto.
Bien, fui a una helader铆a que queda en el centro de la ciudad aut贸noma de Buenos Aires, solo para probar las famosas y deliciosas barquillas o conos de dos sabores. A m铆 me gusta el tiramis煤 con pistachos. Una tarde, en casa, pedimos medio kilo de helado que viene en un envase dividido en secciones, para colocar los diferentes sabores que por cierto lleg贸 como si nunca lo hubieran sacado de la nevera. Pues, les cuento que me he comido casi todo ese helado yo sola, mientras estaba escribiendo en la PC. En cuanto a los batidos, esos son el vicio de mi hija, y le encantan con vainilla, pl谩tano y mantecado. Es decir, todo un viaje y combinaci贸n de sabores que levantan el 谩nimo cualquiera y suben el az煤car a cualquier diab茅tico, pero que sinceramente, un helado, no quita la seda, ni el calor. Solo nos encanta por el disfrute y el fr铆o que produce al consumirlo en el paladar.
Espero que no hagan lo que yo hice. La verdad es que abus茅 y com铆 helados como si no hubiera ma帽ana. Con la simple excusa del cruel verano que nos agobia. Aunque, para ma帽ana, espero conocer una helader铆a nueva que est谩 cerca de donde yo vivo...

Anyway, for my eating regimen it hasn't been difficult either, because my excuse is that when I have to eat ice cream, I have to exercise twice as much and also increase my intake of green vegetables. By the way, it worked for me.
Well, I went to an ice cream shop in downtown Buenos Aires, just to try the famous and delicious two-flavored cones. I like the tiramisu with pistachios. One afternoon, at home, we ordered half a kilo of ice cream that comes in a container divided into sections, to place the different flavors, which by the way arrived as if it had never been taken out of the ice cream maker. Well, I can tell you that I ate almost all that ice cream by myself, while typing on the PC. As for the meringues, they are my daughter's vice, and she loves them with vanilla, banana and butter. What a trip and combination of flavors that lift anyone's spirits and raise the sugar level of any diabetic, but honestly, an ice cream, does not quench thirst, nor does it quench the heat. We simply love it for the enjoyment and the coldness it produces when consumed on the palate.
I hope they don't do what I did. The truth is that I abused and ate ice cream like there was no tomorrow. With the simple excuse of the cruel summer that overwhelms us. Although, for tomorrow, I hope to meet a new ice cream shop that is close to where I live...
