I saw a lot of actifit post on Steemit so I decided to check this thing out. First day I made around 12000 steps just going to college and to the store. If did not run almost every day this alone would be enough which kinda surprised me in a good way because I walk this route almost every day and this route alone is above the threshold that doctors advise us to walk every day. Tomorrow I am planning going for a run too so it will be even better. Maybe I even appear on the leaderboard, who knows...
Too bad I had to unroot my phone to use this app, but I understand it, it's better this way because potential abuse is mitigated.
As far as my impressions with this app go I like it. I even like the "minimalist" UI this app has, but I'm sure the developers will "fix" it in the coming months. I expect AFIT token to have more usecases too.
I think I will mention this app to some of my friends and relatives. I think most people like the idea of walking and being rewarded for it not just with better health but with some tokens which you can sell or use in some way later as well.
This is it for my first actifit post.
Take care!
