Instead of associations organizing leadership submit every year, I will suggest they start organizing character formation classes, emotional / conflict management classes to students who intend to hold any office.
Not merging or discussing those concepts under any leadership traits. But picking each and treating it as a course on its own. And any leader who default should be replaced.
Everyone must not be a forefront leader.
