As a beginner myself I think it's the most important to keep your chain well lubricated, yours is black so you might want to clean it and lube it again 😁👍when you mostly ride in dry weather conditions, a dry wax based lube works great because dirt and sand doesn't stick to your chain like it does with oil based lubes.
