We made it through our monthly, tea-sugar-cream & meat fast. It was pretty hairy the second day. Woke up with a headache on day 2 and didn’t know why.
Super Power Tuesday, flex’em up mi gente.
Then we remembered, no caffeine. I think it’s the caffeine withdrawal that sparks the headaches.
We’ve made some changes since July fourth. We drifted too far out of the discipline circle, so we’re pulling it back.

Hyper-positive opens, three clips, (or singles, or music videos), from our rant-casts, and some reminders that you’re special, cool music, and done. Fridays we hit the Weekly meditation and drop some shorts into the mix. Laughing at the world, observing our surroundings and practicing Emindcipation.
Long Plays, (full rant-casts) every five days, this month, (July) on the 3’s & 8’s. That means you get one tomorrow. These are much longer. If you have half an hour, just like the old TV days that many of you probably don’t remember, relax with a cuppa sumthin’ delightful and absorb.

We are experimenting with multimedia presentations on Substack. We have a lot of content here. It’s, miscellaneous, like jazz.
The “Hepdekad” (every 17 days) Vibe Check. Implicitly I’m checking on my peeps, and encouraging you to do the same, but sometimes it’s not stated. Maybe we should do a spot for that. We, The Trinity are experimenting with different presentation styles, to update progress, identify ailments and continuing progress, changes in the vessel, the hood, and the state of the planet. What’s very cool about this era of pocket technology, is that we can experiment, flop, regroup, and hit, without losing a major investment. It doesn’t take millions to launch a channel, or even make “films,” (more accurately, AI movies) these days.
The drawback, is that anybody can do it, but not everyone takes the time or has a clear vision. Can you imagine what traffic would look like is anybody could build a motor vehicle? It would look like the Wacky Races out there. (Here’s a link if you don’t get the reference, ). Staying with the car reference, the “highway authorities” tend to arrest and retard the best designed vehicles that threaten the status quo, while encouraging the junkyard-jalopies into the fast lane where they will inevitably break down and exacerbate traffic jams.
