“Define irony: a bunch of idiots dancing around on a plane to a song made famous by a band that died in a plane crash.” Garland Greene, (Con Air).

Salutations beautiful spirits, carbon units, sheeple, reincarnated souls, & beautiful bags of mostly water. Welcome to another humpday, from Paradise. Today’s offering is our every ten day promos update. It contains mostly announcement spots from the Full Metal Ox series. What we are up to, some philosophy that bears repeating, embedded affirmations and future plans.

Mind does not know whether the average human picks up on this or not. Creating a video everyday, regardless of its content and message, is like an affirmation in itself. Many, these days, take for granted that affirmations are positive and helpful.

The idea of the word, “affirm” is built into the word itself. “To make firm.” In the material world, from the material perspective, making something firm is making it real. There’s nothing within this word that stipulates, “positivity.” Back in the day, when we first started hearing about this “manifesting” stuff, these chants were called, “positive affirmations,” as the goal was to fashion positive and beneficial results. Often in the form of wealth. Somewhere along the way, the positivity was dropped. (At least we stopped hearing/reading it.) And they were called simply, “affirmations.”

Affirmations can be damaging as well. We are sometimes, and some what guilty of this. Deep inside the “psyche” (buzz-word) of your humble vagabond philosopher, resides the word, “Ego-phobiac.” It’s one of the many words we minted that did not catch on. It means that the mystic vessel fears the Ego. More specifically, that the Ego will take over the helm of our starship and do dumb, damaging shit. This is where the self-deprecation comes in. It’s a discipline to remain humble, especially when we achieve goals.

John D Rockefeller believed that, competition was a sin. We can see his point, although we can see the other side of the argument as well. The irony of that ethos, is the irony of humanity. We take everything too far. Competition breeds corruption. Humans have found, and will continue to find, or create ways to cheat in order to win. Was the Rockefeller practice of eliminating the competition by buying out his rivals, cheating? Good business? Or philanthropic? According to biographers, Rockefeller made struggling competitors millionaires, but he also caused economic mayhem to many as well. Rockefeller is not the only example of this strategy. There were no laws against it at the time, so laws were created.

We prefer the role of spectator, keen observer and occasional commentator. We may critique or even criticize certain activities we notice, but not always publicly.

We do not deny the “ego,” or as Freud actually called it, the “Ich,” the “I” or in mystical traditions, the “I am.”
“I am that I am.”
We simply keep it under control and don’t let it run the show, or command the starship.

The Thin Line.

There’s a thin line between positive self-affirmations and bragging. It’s not for Us to decide. Yet, it’s very much for Us to decide.

We can sit in dark, candle-lit rooms, burning incense and listening to Safaggio frequencies, while chanting positive affirmations aloud while civilization crumbles. It’s fine, mystic and worthy, but if you did the same thing with friends over tapas, you’d likely be labeled a braggart and diagnosed with an inferiority complex, or Narcissistic Disorder Syndrome by your neurotic pop-psychologist compadres.

Everything in Life is a balancing act, not the least of which is balancing your presence, awareness and growth, with that of your clique. Your awareness, versus, their awareness, or lack there of, their needs, their boundaries, their phobias, their triggers and their general wackiness, or “wack-ness,” (if you know what I mean.)

This isn’t simply how we see it. “It,” meaning Life. It’s how we live it. We can accept isolation over chaos. Both causing and receiving same. It’s not very difficult, as your humble vagabond is a so-called, “Introvert.” This was once a label we accepted like a badge of honor, We meet the fundamental criteria, however, We are distancing Mind from the belief that Human Experiences are so neatly packaged into words. More on this as we move forward in our relationship.

Daily Affirmations.

2,075 days of producing videos, means roughly six years of daily positive affirmations, because that’s how we open and close the show. If we haven’t said it everyday since March of 2021, we have read it. We have heard it, we have watched our image saying those words and smiling about it.

What words?
The lines we repeat in every episode.
“On the warrior’s path, to…” something positive. Something better. Something cool.
“No panic no fear, in Abundance Year.”
“The Cosmocracy’s got your back.” What does this mean. It can mean God, Allah, Universe, Jesus, whatever. Something greater than You, is looking out for You. Maybe it’s simply your consciousness, or your nervous-system.
Call it Ralph. “Ralph has my back.”
“Atay-o-wah, my ascended master, has my back.”
“The spirit of Coyote, has my back.”

“Living is the best part of Life.” If you ever listen to Full Metal Ox episodes to the end, you would have heard this, along with cool outro music.

This piece is not even about You hearing it. It’s about Yours Truly saying it. Ego might think He’s saying it for the audience, but who’s benefiting?
The Soul? Spirit? Higher consciousness? The Atman?

Nearly 2,100 days of reminding ones self not to panic. Not to allow mayhem to invade the mental. What effect do you think that might have on a brother?

Now flip it. What age were you six years ago? Were you full of angst? Full of fear? Did you believe that maybe 75% of the global population was going to die from a deadly microbe? That we would never shake hands again? Or were you hearing harmful affirmations from your family, friends, TV talk show hosts, or anti-human influencers?

This is at least one reason why you’re struggling in your own personal swamp. (We not only read your words, we absorb them. When they negatively affect Us, we stop.)

Noxsoma Life Camp.
When we get our radio-station podcast off the ground, we might, more officially re-re-launch Noxsoma Life Camp. It’s not exactly “life coaching.” And it’s nothing like the self-help industrial-complex. It’s more like sharing ideas that have worked well for your humble vagabond philosopher, and adapt them to individual lifestyles.

We learned that so-called, “life coaches” are churned out through Coach Coaching Companies that emphasize building revenue. One in about 30 of these candidates are authentic, gifted and caring. These are the ones who pick up on the scam in the first week. They are usually not good at the business side of things so they stick around for that education.

Many of these companies, it doesn’t matter whether it’s life coaching, fitness coaching, higher consciousness streaming, or any kind of coaching, are celebrity-driven. There’s always some kind of award-winning instructor on the docket. The experience hyped, is professional experience. Competitive experience. The “World’s Most Fit Athlete” winner, or something like that. They have appeared on TV. That always impresses the sheeple at the conference. Or they, (the instructor) invented some kind of exercise gimmick that some company invested in, and the company put the instructor’s picture on the package. They were the “first” to do something or be something. The coaching companies hire these characters exactly for their, “celebrity” status to draw paying aspirants to their conferences.

“Meet the creator of the Jump-Rope Tap Dance Fusion Fitness phenomenon that’s sweeping the fitness world At this year’s Las Vegas Uber-Fit-Human Conference.”
And when you show up to the conference, you realize that the “celebrity presenter” can’t jump rope, or tap dance, and basically “appropriated” this activity from the hood.

We’ve been pondering how to transmit the Lifestyle Jujitsu, Vagabond Philosophy, Minimalistic Health journey, Emindcipation strategy and Positive Perspective, to a wider audience at a minimum cost. Because we gotta eat, and we don’t want to depend on the system to feed us. We’ve got some ideas. Long term plans and theories that must be confirmed before we get started.

The Full Metal Ox series, a twelve year plan, is a path to the next level. It will guide us through the balance of this decade and into the next. If you are following our progress and getting, not just “receiving” the message, stick with it. Track your progress. Whatever any coach tells you, teaches your, encourages you to do, change, improve, it all comes down to You. Maybe of you are your worst enemy when you ought to be your best friend.

Hump Day Afterthoughts.

Eyes opened in the late fives this morning. I suppose yesterday was more accurately over-sleeping than adjusting to Standard Time. Maybe a bit of both. Looks like “sunrise” (when it’s visible) is around 6:30-ish. We were moving joints and stretching muscles in the morning as we distribute the links to today’s FMO episode.

It rained all day yesterday. Well not “all” day. We went out to the neighborhood park, we’ll call it “Hood Park,” for our series. We completed our 100 pushups challenge and did ten more to sweeten the deal. We anticipated a sunny day today, but just more rain and dark heavy clouds. It’s not as dark as night, but close.

The Full Metal Ox “Mind Cafe” is open 24 hours, serving breakfast, brunch, tapas, happy hour, dinner, supper and breakfast again for the night shift. The savvy reader recognizes this as metaphor for our series. Metaphor is our second language. Imagination is a super power and one of the twelve signs of our Emindcipation Zodiac Chakra Wheel.

New Blue Dawn in America.
We don’t celebrate the election results, nor do we lament them. It’s not worth the emotions. As we always say, “Democrats in America, love history and celebrity.” So making history is important to them. It’s their selling points. Whenever they can add merit to that list, the Blue Mob will be unstoppable. Just like the Blues & the Greens in Roman Empire times, the Blues and the Reds in American Empire times are both owned by the same bosses. Global policies won’t change. Domestic promises won’t be kept, because global policies won’t change. Those hegemonic fantasies must be paid for by the herd, plus America’s imaginary internal threat must be constantly and vigilantly surveilled.

Based on Hakeem Jeffries’ body language, mimicking the swag of Barack Obama, and his AIPAC funding, we maintain that he is the front runner for the Democratic nomination for 2028. Haak has been working on his charisma, where Gavin Newsom feels like a worse choice than Ronald Reagan. These are just vibes. We only catch glimpses of these characters. We don’t follow them, listen to their speeches, or believe their “hollow promises.” We’ve lived through too much.

We look at funding, history, and which candidate can emanate enough charisma to the electorate to obfuscate the strings attached to their soul.

If Not Next Time, Eventually.

We’d planned, but not very well apparently, to write about how generations and their policies regularly cull the populations of their rivals. Rivals being those generations older and younger than the one calling the shots. Silent & Boomers are especially egregious, however we suspect Generation X, as represented by the so-called Paypal Mafia, are behind the manipulation of Gen-Zee. And thus maintaining the Supremacy’s kill-the-competition legacy. We will be covering some of these in future episodes of Full Metal Ox this month, (November.)

Stop over-thinking. Subscribe to this substack channel. And free your mind. At least part of it.
Meanwhile, back at the Peace-of Mind Cafe.

We are grateful everyday.

Stay safe, stay strong, stay savvy, stay sane, stay serene, stay sovereign, stay subscribed.
