Life has a way of reflecting what you give out back to you. The energy you put into your words, into your actions, relationship, daily activities, will always find its way back to you in one form or the other. This is the reason why the kind of energy that you carry matters. What you constantly put into the world will also determine what you will attract to yourself. This is just like a way that a farmer will harvest the fruits after the order of the seeds that he has sown. When you give out positive energy, you will also attract positive energy and your life will be full of positivity. So whatever you want to attract, you have to put it out.

I once worked in a place briefly during one of my vacation periods some years back. In the organisation, I noticed two people who had almost opposite attitudes. The first guy was always friendly to people, helpful, and ready to offer assistance to other people. As a matter of fact, when a colleague had issues, he would be the first to offer their assistance. When someone achieves anything, he would join them and celebrate without being jealous or envious. Over time, people started respecting him, and he also earned their trust. There was a time he needed help, without even asking, people rallied around and helped him. He got the kind of energy he constantly put out.
But there was another person who was always rude, negative, and very unwilling to help other people. He would always criticise people, and believe that they are competing against him. This made people to start to avoid him, and would look for other people to go to for anything. There was a time that he needed help with something, but sadly, no one was willing to help him. After a very long time of asking, the only person who did it was because he had finished with his activities for the day and was bored. You see what happens if you give off negative energy. He did not plan for any of those things, but his lifestyle, his attitude, and his character planned it for him.
It is worthy to note that the energy you put out may not necessarily return back to you in exactly the same way or from the same person you did it to. For example, you may show kindness to someone else today, but you may receive kindness from another person tomorrow. You may give someone assistance today and encourage them when they are struggling, and months later, someone else will give you encouragement when you need it the most. Even though the rewards are not immediate, and they may not come the way you anticipated it, but it does not mean that the action does not have impact. Your positive energy will always finds its way back to you.

There are times that you may be facing challenges, or things may not be going as you had planned. At that point, you may feel sad, disappointed, or even discouraged because of what is happening. But if you allow your situation to affect you character, it may create negativity. It is how you respond to the situation that will determine what will become of it. At that point, you need to choose to remain focused, hopeful, and respectful. It is true that the situation and circumstances may not change immediately, but your attitude can influence how you respond to them. The way you respond to something can determine the impact it will have on you.
In the same way, when you become successful or attain a level of achievement, you have to remember the people who have helped you along the way. Do not allow your achievement to make you to become arrogant or dismissive. You have to use the success that you have gotten to create room for others to also achieve success. Share your knowledge, support people, encourage the people who are still trying, and above all, stay humble. The impact you make on people will become part of the legacies that you live behind. When you put out positive energy, you will also receive positive energy in return.
